Sat in line for well over 45 minutes. Had I not ordered my food before and already paid for it I would have drove off. Every 5 minutes or more a car would move. By far one of these slowest places I've ever been to. Go elsewhere it's not worth it. People working there were just standing around not doing their job even the managers. Also the girl on the speaker was extremely rude. The guy working the window was so high someone else had to get me my order. Also does no Popeyes give sauces anymore. Four different ones I've been to in the past few months not a single one of them has given me any
The staff is rude as hell! I’ve never spent so much money and have regretted it. I would have rather eaten ramen noodles. Part of the problem it’s they are underpaid. So they are in awful moods.
Worse Popeyes I've ever been to. Came inside to order take out and stood at the counter for 20 minutes , nobody asked to help me they all just ignored me and another black man. I'm white so it's not racial thing.Finally he and I started hollering at them because speaking normal they ignored both of us.Finally one girl came and took our orders. The other guy got his food first then myself. When I got home and opened it up I had ordered one. Of there famous chicken sandwich.They just put two little swipes of mayo on the bread and throwed a burnt piece of chicken breast on it.I would not recommend anybody to go to this place. Im not one to fuss bout things but I'm here in Baytown Texas ,and it's getting like this everywhere you go !
My parents went and dined in here today and the gentleman that took her order was very rude. My mom told them that the chicken was dried up And he flat out told her "oh well". They had also placed an order to go and ask if they can get it served when they were ready to leave and the same guy made the order put it with what they ordered on their first ticket. He would not replace the food that was dried up and called the sandwich they got to be soggy. When she you mentioned it to them about the order wasn't supposed to be made until they were ready to leave the same gentleman just gave my mama ugly look and did nothing about it. If you ask me he doesn't need to be working there and he's the reason why I'm putting this up here for everyone to see because no one wants to experience that type of service when they go to spend their money somewhere food or anything.
Unpleasant and unprofessional!!!! I called after my husband went off waiting on 2 #4's, I was addressed as baby by a girl who answered the phone. Told me they couldn't afford to give breaks, so they eating drinking and handling people's food. Just nasty, rude and unprofessional! Corporate where you at?
They really should open the lobbies again. The drive thru takes 4ever and the employees apparently hate to be there. I always have to tell them look it's not my fault you're unhappy with yourself and your job. Either change your attitude and treat everyone else how you want to be treated or find a job you want to be at. I didn't choose to be an amazing UberEATS delivery driver but damnit I really do love meeting new amazing people and delivering hot fresh food in a fast and friendly manner.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Yelled at 3 times now . Love the chicken sandwich, but I will not deal with the rudeness just to get one. And then I question the safety of my food. I will not return. I will go elsewhere.
Never tried this place until tonight but I won’t be back. The customer service is bottom tier. The attitude of whoever the woman was working the drive thru tonight was awful. We wanted to order more food than what we were able to because she rushes us so hard and in such a rude manner is was stressful to place an order. I get everyone has bad days but there are hiring signs on ever business here. If you hate your job so much, please let someone else have it because some manners and customer service skills could really take you a long way and you lack that.
Terrible customer service. Employee at the drive thru window proceeded to talk about me to another employee because I asked what sauces they had available and earlier had needed a little bit of time (no more than a minute) to figure out what I wanted to order. Repeatedly frowned her face at me as if I was bothering her. Will not return.
The Popeyes in Channelview is better I guess because I've been their more often then the Garth Rd location. My order was taking and promptly fixed but I returned home to find my side order was missing and biscuit crushed. :-( It seems they were in a rush and didn't pay attention to the details. I'll check my order before I leave in the future. Which is a gimme with fast food restaurants as of late.
