Food was cold and refused to cook fresh chicken, said they only had white meat, no sandwiches, no strips, nothing after a certain time although an employee was eating fresh chicken strips while we waited on the drive thru looking directly at him...Horrible customer service.ZERO STARS!!! The drive through line moves very slowly. The day was warm so I had my window down and could hear the woman taking the orders being very rude to the man placing his order in the vehicle in front of me. I pull up and she continually cuts me off as I’m trying to place my order, doesn’t smile or speak to me while picking up my order. When we get home, the order is wrong and the fries are inedible. The fry oil must have been old old old. I won’t go there again. Disgusting.
Got drive through which was a nightmare. They need the speaker fixed in the absolute worst way. Cannot hear anything. Gentleman that gave us our food had his pants down and i could see his underwear. GROSS !!. Management should not let this happen. Not going back. Mac and cheese was tasteless. Tasted microwaved and powdery. Yuck
This place is trash just like the managers running it, ordered a 12 piece spicy and got some old oil cooked chicken with nasty mashed potatoes, and spoiled coleslaw. Don’t eat here, this place should be shut down.

Food is average. The service is the worst part. Went in at 10:45 AM, and no answer at the drive thru. The place opens at 10 AM.
