don't know what's so hard about putting sauce on a pizza? ordered last week and it came without sauce. got a credit. used it today and guess what? same thing! I even asked the lady to make sure they put sauce on it! I'm done after this!
I ordered a thin crust and received a regular one and unfortunately door dash knocked on my door with instructions not to knock on my door, due to my dog that sometimes has seizures if stressed. I called them back to let them know what had happened. The lady was most understanding and not only sent me a new pizza but also included a handwritten note stating, " For the puppies. Sorry for scaring you guys-Pizza Hut". Included with the note was a little bag of pepperoni for my fur babies!It was a small mistake but this Pizza Hut employee took care of the situation with grand professionalism!Thank you,Mōnee'
I called Pizza Hut on Highway 146 to let them know I ordered a cheese pizza and a pepperoni one was delivered. I was asked to talk to the manager. He very graciously, sent over a cheese pizza within 30 minutes along with a complementary order of breadsticks. I was pleasantly surprised and very thankful too.
The young woman that brought out my order had such a good attitude. It honestly made me feel welcome and like she loved what she was doing.
Everything.. the timeframe on delivery the pizza was hot pizza was exactly how I requested it to be made
I do pick up at this location, so my review is based on this experience. First, the food is great. The staff is nice, but sometimes during busy hours they are slow to the counter. My pizza orders are always right, but when I've order pasta on occasions, sometimes they give me the wrong pasta. (Check your order before you leave.) They always make it right, but then you have to wait for it to cook, which means another 15-20 mins. depending on how busy they are.
When I ordered it stated 30 - 40 mins it was over an hour and a half. When I called she did advise short staff and it was out for delivery but driver had three orders. I commented on about it then being cold and she said she had it in a warmer while waiting for a driver. So I then said so it has been sitting for awhile now it is with a driver who has three orders. She did give me a credit. I had order 32 of the boneless wings and they were just room temp some were missing the breading and dry. Also they were some that were very small.
The delivery driver was great and my pizza was hot and fresh.
When I received my pizza it must have sat at an angle because all my topping had slid to one side
I ordered and only had choice of curbside or delivery. i chose curbside. i sat in my car for over 20 minutes longer than told waiting. finally went in to store. pizza was in warmer. it was OLD and dried out. was horrible! girl gave excuses about taking orders and didnt have time to bring to my car. i could see her DOING NOTHING through the window. will not order from there again.
