A couple of years ago apparently, they had different management. Recently my past few experiences have gradually gotten worse. Today was the last straw, I just requested my account to be closed. I had just gotten home and decided to order wings on Wednesday, I grabbed a shower and let the dog in, and pizza hut was at my door. I went to the door not dressed (out of shower) and said please leave it on the table I’m not dressed, and the dog was going crazy.The driver said no you must open the door and sign your debit card receipt. I said I can't, the driver said sorry Policy and left. Please note, I have been using the same pizza hut and the same debit card for years.NO MORE I’m picking up dinner at the Mexican restaurant next door to your store. I will never use pizza hut again,Things wouldn't have been so bad if the person calling themselves the store manager wouldn't have been rude and handled the issue. Poor excuse for management. I will be doing reviews all over the internet for months of this experience, writing letters to District, Regional, Divisional and Corporate offices until someone listens.I left a message with someone they said was a District manager named Melinda,maybe she can help make a change. Anyone else have challenging experiences with this pizza hut please speak up I would love to chat with you.NOTE: apologies for typos I’m doing this on my phone instead of a computer while waiting for dinner at El Toro Mexican restaurant...Follow-up 05/01 District Manager never attempted to call or reach out, just another example of pathetic excuse for management.
My daughter said that she loved the pasta with the meat sauce, and I got her breadsticks and a 4 pack of Dr. Pepper but she preferred Pepsi, but they ran out so I chose Dr Pepper. She was very pleased with the taste, and loved the look of it and she told me that she loved it ? ?, I highly recommend this location to pick up your order. 1301 or 1304 Garth Road, Baytown, TX
My pizza that didn't have cheese was supposed to have extra pepperoni and 1/2 of it didn't have any pepperoni on them. This is the first time it's happened as I have gotten before. Hopefully next time it'll be correct. ? ?
This location has improved during the pandemic … in the past, when picking up your pizza, if you didn’t check the box prior to leaving the store, odds were about 50/50 that you’d have mystery pizza when you arrived home … like they made whatever they felt like … they’re hitting a perfect score with me these days when it comes to order accuracy.Avoid getting bacon as a topping unless you want pizza that’s dripping in excess grease. The cut of bacon they use is all fat - it might taste good but it’s a dripping, greasy mess!

The food was good and tasted fresh. It was delivered in a speedy manor and even though it was set up for leave at door the diver waited to make sure we got our order.
When I order I specify slice cut, but they cut them into squares. I wish I have not tipped when I order. There is always next time.
Perfect Pizza! Very delicious & love the way that the pizza is always warm ? when I pick it up. I love the pizza hut from Garth Rd 1301* they are very nice to me all the time. I haven't received any issues whatsoever.
