We went Sunday for my birthday and Dawn was our waitress. She was so sweet, friendly and welcoming. We had a party of 6 adults and 2 kids which were mine. My brother and SIL brought a cake and Dawn was so wonderful and asked if she could put it in the cooler for us till we were ready for it. That was so awesome! When we got our appetizers and food everything and I mean everything was delicious! Everyone loved their plate. Everything was just fresh! I got the grilled shrimp with rice; big size shrimps I must say and they were good! My oldest loves mac and cheese and he even said it was the best! Theirs was made different than your basic yellow mac. I tried it and oh wow! For being my first time I definitely enjoyed it! I always say, the waitress makes the visit good or bad and Dawn was wonderful! We are definitely coming back!!
Excellent food preparation! I really liked the Fondue as an appetizer and the rodeo burger.In general, an excellent place, pleasant to share with a group or family, go to see sports games and have some beers.Attention is good.The bathrooms could be cleaner if they were more attentive to that detail.The food is definitely very good, congratulations. To Go order Update: tried to get something to go. After about three minutes and speaking to four different people I finally made my order. My order was incorrect; the protein in my order was incorrect. FYI-If you order to go food, make sure you have payment ready as they take it over the phone. They also charge a packaging fee. ?Dine in:I have been here and the Spencer location multiple times. I stopped coming here about four months ago because my orders were wrong or the wait for my food was absurd.I came back in reluctantly around two o’clock on a Saturday and we received our food quick. The waitress was solid(thank you!). The mahi fish tacos are my go to. They have a bar for the individuals and bigger tables for parties. There is also enough parking.
We were a LARGE table of 7 families with kids that were starving after their soccer game. The place was packed and we were a lot so the food took some time to come to the table, but that’s understandable. The portions were plentiful, price was fair, and food was delicious. I ordered fried zucchini and mozzarella sticks, and I still got enough to bring home. But the best of all was Audra. She handled everything like a pro, so kind and friendly. Audra took care of us impeccably. We were disorganized, loud, and not focused on ordering. She had patience and helped us order our food, all tickets were correct, and she checked us out fast to be on time to the next game. Kudos to you!!
Went in tonight for dinner and drinks. It was super busy. We could see all the staff working really hard. At one point the manager (the one with the purple hair) didn't get her name. Came to help the pizza guy. Making pizzas and what not. We could see that they where kinda under staffed but service was great!! The pizza was great! And the rubber ducky was a hit! Definitely recommend!!!
Food and staff was awesome. The whole family showed up and kids loved the free ice cream too thanks guys.
Had the chicken fried chicken - HUGE portion! Chicken Fried Chicken was fresh but looked like it was cooked in old oil as it looked like it was a little in the dark crispy side but taste was there, it was yummy. Mash potatoes were warm to cold and corn had no flavor. Service was a bit slow however, we were sitting in the bar area so it was understood. Very clean and nice relaxing environment.
Met a friend for dinner. It was pretty busy but the wait time was only 15 minutes. Hostess and waitress were friendly.I had the jambalaya balls which were delicious! I also had a shrimp/pasta dish. It was fair. The sauce was too watery and lacked flavor. Baytown is over an hour drive for me so probably won't return unless I'm in the area and am craving the jambalaya balls.
Sit at the bar and enjoy great food and really great drinks with bartender Mayari. She's always welcoming and personable.Sad to learn half price Wednesday call liquor is ending. ?We've never had a bad experience at Pipeline.
Excellent food and service for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. Was able to watch the game, enjoy delicious chicken sandwiches - grilled and fried. Their ranch is super yummy. Even had an order of fried mushrooms!
