tried the new Epic Pepperoni-Stuffed pizza. this should be considered fraud. the pizza is advertised on tv commercials and in pictures as having Pepperoni as a topping. the pizza comes only with cheese and the crust is stuffed with pepperoni and cheese. so you might imagine my surprise as a opened the box at my house.called the store to complain and she informed me that you have to select the topping of pepperoni otherwise it’s just cheese on top.the lady also said this is a very common issue with people, thinking they are getting a pepperoni as a standard topping…. way to sell an overpriced cheese pizza Papa John’s.

I was just told by the manager that there is no way they gave me a thin crust pizza because none of their medium pizzas are avaliable in thin crust. He had a snoty attitude and was condescending. Everytime i order from this location it is always screwd up. I had my food delivered because i was unable to leave as i work from home. His response was bring it in and ill show you its not thin crust.

The first time I called someone answered the phone that was very hard to understand, when I asked to speak with someone else, I was told to drive to the store and talk to the cashier. Not the stores fault, the company has someone that just takes phone calls, why wouldn't they get someone that speaks clearly? Terrible experience.I called back because I do like the pizza. I got Irene. She was wonderful. She was polite, and worked very hard to make things work for me. I had a baby and 2 other grandchildren in the car and couldn't carry pizza and them. Irene fixed everything. She was 5 stars!

App said 74-84 minutes for delivery. I called after 2 hours and still nothing. I was told it was in the oven and it would be 30 more minutes before they would even have a driver to deliver it. I know you can only control so much being the one to answer the phone but the lady could care less. Horrible customer service. 3 hours later and we finally received the order and everything looked burned.

Ordered online price was 40 23 added breadsticks and the price went up to 57.93 didn't realize until after my card was charged and the manager argued that this was the price there is nothing he could do and to top it all off the the specialty pizza was horrible. First bad experience with this place been coming here for years but seemed like a shade transaction occurred and to boot I gave a cash tip before I even paid

Extremely unprofessional staff. When ordering online, the screenshotted email said 31 minutes. 15 minutes after the 31 minute estimate it said the food still wasnt out for delivery, so i called the store, which told me it would be at least another 90 minutes. They didn't offer to make the order free due to the time discrepancy or to even throw in a free side, even though i asked. I canceled the order and am leaving this review so others can know to boycott this location.

ordered large double pepperoni pizza from Baytown store in person 3/18. drove 7 miles each way. got home and omg, no pepperoni. drove another 7 miles to take pizza back.never ever again..this place sucks with a capital S

I tried ordering by calling because my app wasn't working. I call to place my order and I am first put on hold for 20 minutes, then when I try to place my order I am put on hold multiple times. Even when I was trying to read them my card number for payment I was put on hold while reading out the card number. Who ever is working the phones needs some more training because clearly she did not know what she was doing. I finally gave up and got pizza from another place. It's a shame because the pizza is really good, just bad service. And that can ruin a place.

Shout out to Alyssa at the Baytown Garth location! I placed an order online for pickup that alerted me of a 90 minute pickup time. We called the store cause we wanted to verify that time was correct. Alyssa answered the phone obviously overwhelmed by something but still doing everything she could to answer my questions and make it right. Again, she’s obviously flustered but providing enough good customer service that I knew that I was leaving her a tip when we arrived. We arrive at the store and Alyssa tells my husband to tell his wife “Thank you for being so nice and not just cursing at me!” ?? Which further proved my point that she was just having a rough night and likely overworked. My husband went back in for extra sauce and forgot one on the counter and Alyssa came running out to give it to him and apologized again and explained to us that a few of the employees were out and she was short staffed. She was beyond kind and looked as if she was on the verge of tears. None of this was Alyssa’s fault. She was just doing the best she could. We arrived home to enjoy our food…and, well it was awful. Undercooked. The pizza was doughy and I literally took a bite and then spit it out. ? It was bad. ? But it wasn’t Alyssa’s fault. She was trying. So although I didn’t like the pizza, Alyssa and the other 2 guys that were in there deserve a raise, a bonus, a paid day off, a gift card to their favorite restaurant or something!!! They are trying so hard to stay afloat with missing employees and they are trying to provide the best service…..that deserves recognition, Papa Johns! ??

It's been lately that every time i order online and it tells me 14 to 24 minutes till ready i get there 30 minutes after ordering for them to say it's gonna be another 15 minutes and that 15 minutes turns into another 15 minutes. You go in there and they got about 9 ppl in there having a good ol time. That many ppl y'all should be able to push pizzas out on time
