The pizza itself was really good. We got a plain cheese and the Fifth Avenue pie. Rating would have been higher but I ordered and paid for bacon and sadly it wasn't on the pie ?

Two days ago 7-20-2022 i had the worst experience here, usually great food and all but this visit both of my pepperoni pizzas had been cooked for some time and the two orders of beef cannelloni were cold in the middle and sauce was cold after waiting 45 minutes in parking lot for them, and then was told after i got my order that they had no bread for them, thats it no discount no anything! Im done with this place Brooklyn pizzeria gained my business.

Hung-up on me exactly 6 times.Called initially for the spinach pizza they offer daily (without knowing the name)They did not know what this pizza was...I asked if they could tell me the ingredients on the 2 pizzas they offer with spinach... the person who was on the phone hung up on me... Thinking it was a disconnect, I called back... only to be hung up on again... and continued to be hung up on .... it's now been 20 minutes and I was again just hung up on.I wasn't rude, angry or frustrated in any way...This is specifically an issue with the young man operatung the phone.Always give them high praise and advocate for their business's but this was a Deal Breaker!!!Dismayed and kindly hurt; after helping them so much upon start-up....

This place is not all that great. Pizza was made fresh but the ingredients do not taste fresh. Its cheap but definitely NOT NEW YORK STYLE PIZZA. If you are a New Yorker looking for New York style pizza,... this place isn't it. Keep looking

The pizza is really really good. I Would definitely put them in my top three places to eat pizza in Texas. We got the Brooklyn pie and added jalapeños. As well as the New York Turnpike. I highly recommend both. I will definitely be eating here again when I’m in the Baytown area. Great value for your money. Keep up the good work.

Tried this place for the first time and it was pretty good, we waited only 15 min for it to be ready. Also ordered the cheese sticks and sadly they weren't all that. Nothing but hard bread with mozzarella cheese over it. Over all the pizza was great though! ?

This place is fantastic because of one thing. Crust. They compete on price points with Little Caesars. They blow them away. Ask then to cook it well done. You won't regret giving these guys a shot.

I hate writing this review but every time you go here at night you wait for an hour for your food. If you call in your order you go there you wait an hour for your food. There are two people working there wait an hour for your food. If there is one person working there you will wait an hour . I love the food here but I drive too far to wait an hour also. It really sucks because the food is really good I wish they could get their stuff together at night

Taylor Swift famously quoted "Nothing ruins your day more than getting a bad review".With that being said, it stinks writing this review but every time you call-in for a takeout order, the wait time is over an hour. If you arrive in person to place an order; I wish you "godspeed" if you go there and you wait even longer for your food.Three literal teenagers are working there at the time I arrived & let's just say "the chances of getting your order correct is about the same as getting struck by lightning...twice!" The attitudes as well as the customer service is abysmal. The food here was decent (It was better about a year ago) but I drive far enough not to wait an hour+, but It sucks because when you tell the customer 20 minutes, standby your word.In conclusion, Orsino New York Pizzeria needs a major overhaul. I hope in the future they honestly could fix the problems, hire competent workers & win the customer's trust again.? ???

My family and I have NEVER had a bad experience with Orsino's. EVER... The owner knows his repeat customers by name and order, and his staff (high turnover or not) are really good and proficient at their jobs. I have seen the same faces in their recently, so I can hope that he keeps his crew there to perfect their business. Side note: my first slice of pizza was at Mario's Flying Pizza in 1979 (that's his dad) when we moved here from Louisiana, apple fell straight down from the tree! Keep up the good work Cruz, dad would be proud.
