The food was not nearly as good as it used to be, and the server we had was not very acquainted with the menu as I felt she should have been. You also don't get complementary salad and bread sticks as before, you only get them with a entree item, that was the main reason I liked to go to Olive Garden, not now. Very disappointed in the changes they have made.
Our party was 3 adults, 3 kids. It was slow, so we were seated immediately. But our server never came.After 15 minutes I stopped a passing server - servers were passing by repeatedly - informing her we've been waiting for someone to take our drinks, and our order since we've waited this long. She advised us she wasn't our server but she'll find them for us.Waited another 5 minutes to no avail, decided to go somewhere else.Such a shame, I was looking forward to eating Olive Garden. Im not from the area. So, me never eating there again won't matter much to them. But if thats the service I received, Im sure many others have been treated the same.Olive Garden gets a bad rap, made fun of, referred to as the poor-mans Italian restaurant. But I like the food. My experience isnt indicative of Olive Garden as a whole, but it makes me hesitant to try it any time soon anywhere else.
Great time. Food was great. Staff was patient with us since we sat and gossiped for a few hours. No wait. Friendly waitstaff. Was able to help with beverage decisions.3/20/22 update.. had a party of 15. Staff was great as usual. Put up with us and helped with a surprise cake. Really was outstanding and awesome. Friendly and fun to joke with
Very good service with friendly staff. Food was delicious and served hot! Waitress was awesome and checked on us when needed. Didn't have to ask for refills either!!
TERRIBLE!! My family and I went inside the the girl with glasses with blonish hair color had an ugly attitude. Weren’t greeted properly. Once we were seated, the waiter never came to serve us. People were coming after us and getting their drinks and order ready while we were just forgotten. Mind I tell you they were busy at all! Never coming back here again. Went to Antonio’s and they greeted and attended us very well! took our orders immediately and they were busy and still attended us very well!
Clean and Nice ambiance. Food was okay. Wait time was not a problem and it was pretty packed that day. Good customer service.
Me and my group came here for one of their birthday. The service was very nice and the restaurant was pretty clean. My only complaint is the food. Everything feels lackluster, I ordered the salmon and broccoli and it looked like a little brick of salmon with a sad steamed ocean of tasteless unsalted broccoli. I dont know if it's just this olive garden or if it is just how it is supposed to be prepared but it just wasn't for me.
food was great as usual. waitress seemed rushed and brought us salad but no silverware. and we waited a long time before she returned to check on us. when she would return she seemed distracted.
Cassandra was the managers name on my to go slip tonight and she put her whole GARDUSSY in to running the show. I didn’t eat my food for a whole 30 mins until after I picked it up bc I was doing other things but it was still warm. Mozz sticks were like unseparated twins at birth but that’s on me, still crunchy. The chicken Parm was great & noods not even dry/ enough sauce on entree. I would argue inside a bath and body over this peach Bellini ice tea ?.
Tables were so sticky my arm was pulling like it was glued... Nasty. Went and got wipes from the car and it didnt help. Even the table next to us asked for wipes for their table. Will never eat at this one again it was disgusting. I've had cleaner experiences at a dive bar. owner needs to clean the place. Stayed because we had a gift card and no where else to go due to recently moved to area.
