The worse customer service experience. Micheal the owner needs to do better. I’m am extremely upset at the service I get every time. On multiple occasions the staff is extremely rude and outright disrespectful. The portions are horrible. The vegetables are not cut correctly. Picture on the menu looks nothing like what I receive. They don’t even ask you to wait on the number spot they tell you. Waited 13 mins and had cars go thru and get their meal first. Even though I was the only person there and got their first.They don’t ask if you need anything else or extra of anything.Worst McDonalds ever.
I went early in the morning to get breakfast for a work meeting. I ordered 22 sausage biscuits with hashbrowns. I paid at the first window and when I got to the second window the guy tells me I'm sorry but our oven just started smoking and is no longer working and we only have 7 available. So you can imagine the look on my face. But he was very nice and substituted the remainder of them to Mc Griddles which worked out great. Thanks for quick fix, I really do appreciate it.
Horrible I don’t even know where to begin with what a horrible experience I’ve had with this place!! To start when I was ordering I corrected the person taking my order and he had the audacity to get upset because he had to add something that he to start messed up with! Then when I was charged it was a whole drama then finally drove by to get my food and they didn’t want to give me half of my order.
I stopped in to a small seafood establishment in Louisiana for the sole purpose of getting that Louisiana flavor and seasoning. I was throughly disappointed l. The seafood was bland. The service was ok. The restaurant was cozy and clean.
This rating is fair .. I don't eat McDonald's at all. . However I was hangry. Food was fresh. In a reasonable time. Employees were exceptional.
If you're hungry between 2am and 3, don't go. Even though it says 24 hrs their not going to be open. So aggravating all these places that claim and advertise to be open 24 hours when their really not. Thank God Whataburger is around the corner I'll spend my money there, they never refuse service.
It is usually really good, but when I went in yesterday morning to grab breakfast the lady that took my order was not nice at all. I told her thank you a few times, and I did not get one thank you, come again, have a nice day....NOTHING...
The Manager on Shift was Very Rude and Mean to Everyone that came in this Morning I don't know what was wrong with Her but Treating People the Way she did is uncalled for..Me and my 13 Year old son just left the Hospital dropping his Mom off for Breast Cancer Surgery ? and he had to Witness this Woman's Ignorance...
I like McDonald's app but you aren't able to add ingredients to certain burgers etc and unless I tell them about them they mess it up. Also no matter how many honey packets I want they never give me enough
Extra kick in the morning they go through the orders extra fast I think that this Mickey Dees is where you need to go if you're in a hurry good job!!!
