It was midnight and the drive thru line was long so it was understandably busy. However after waiting 15 -20 mins for my turn to order I end up sitting at the order kiosk for another 5 minutes or so without being acknowledged whatsoever, even after saying “Hi is this lane open?” 3 Cars that came after me passing by and I’m still sitting. I left because it was late and my husband was tired after a long shift at work. He was hungry though so we tried to get a little food. Not sure we will try this location again because every time we have came it’s been a poor experience.
This McDonald’s is terrible! Very rude! Make sure you watch how much they charge you. They tried charging me $30 for $20 worth of food! Then when I asked for some Big Mac sauce on the side the Hispanic lady at the window was VERY rude stating, “I don’t work back there so no I can’t give you Big Mac sauce” like really?!! Asked her for ketchup and she made a face like if it’s coming out of her pockets. She didn’t give any straws or napkins and practically threw my food at me. AND our Drinks weren’t even filled all the way. Never again! Worst customer service ever, thank goodness I was only passing by and don’t have to come back here lol
I was so happy when I seen they had strawberry creme pies !!!***EDIT***My mother-in-law and I get Frappe's here pretty frequently and they are NEVER full! I feel like if I am going to pay $4 per drink-they should at least be full!!! Come on, do better!
Had to clean our own tables, drink station was a disaster, it was very difficult to get assistance for anything- this includes needing sauce, napkins, straws, or even ordering our food. We were there for a fundraiser, and the staff was very unhelpful when we were trying to order and get situated. It was not a matter of them being understaffed, as I saw many employees standing around ignoring the people at the counter and in the lobby.
I would have given a better rating IF they would have cooked my chicken sandwich fresh, Like I requested. Instead they made me wait ONLY to give me a staged chicken that was NOT fresh at all. I told the manager and all of she said was thank you for letting me know.... She really should have offered to fix my sandwich the way I asked.
My 6 year old was so disappointed when he got home and they didn’t get his happy meal burger right. Meat and cheese only ( they put onions, ketchup and pickles) I always try to check the order but since the receipt was right and I just checked it on one corner, looked right to me before I drove off. So disappointed!
Only had 2 meals and an extra fry. Had us pull up to one of the reseverved spots for drive thru. Watched 10 cars get their food and leave. Went inside and it's just sitting on window sill
I rarely go inside fast-food restaurants and I had to wait a few minutes for my order which allowed me to pay attention to the employees cooking the food. Most of them were not wearing gloves, the guy on the fries, the lady and guy taking the fries from him to give to the customers. I'm not sure if this is normal and if only certain individuals preparing food have to wear gloves, if so then carry on.
This McDonalds location should not offer 3rd party deliveries the employees don't care if all items are in the order. My last three 3rd party orders were not correct & missing items. It is not the fault of the delivery service as the bags are sealed due to Covid and no way for the driver to check accuracy of the order.
This has one of the most disgusting restrooms I've ever seen at least from a McDonald's location. Besides going inside to order because drive thru line was horribly long and they always tend to take FOREVER! Well they don't even acknowledge you. Let alone take the restroom complaint serious.
