poor service. Wrong order. no ketchup. no refund. bad aditude employees.
We went through the drive thru and paid cash. At the first window the young cashier handed us our receipt but no change. We asked where our change was and she replied she had no change. She just assumed it was ok to keep our $. When I stated I wanted the change she SLAMMED the money drawer shut and went and got someone else to help her give us our change. I wonder how many other people she has done this to? And who gets the extra money? FYI-the burger was not even warm-the cheese was slid over and not even melted to the meat or bun. Pass on this Mcdonald’s!
Staff is rude as fuk. Especially drive through"Can I help you" like someone bothering them. I thought they was supposed to say "hi welcome to McDonald's how can I help you". Food always cold, fries be extra salty food be cold as hell. Don't take about if you go inside you be standing there 10 mins and nobody come to you. They lucky they the only fast food close to me because I would not be going back. They need to retrain there whole staff especially management.
Great service! Big Mac not so much these days. BIG MAC meal freaking 14$ for small patties but still tasty its shrinking in size but cost is increasing damn ? ?
I drive a truck so I go through the outside lane, I'm the only person in line...as time passes a couple of cars pull up in the inside lane guess who gets to order their food first! I dont get a response until after three cars go. Gotta do better or I'll just have to drive over everything on the inside lane to receive service in the proper order.
Fast and almost always fresh. I can tell sometimes there is a language barrier but all the workers seem to do the very best Garth Road location is the best! ♥️
I order 1 mcdouble, 1 McChicken and 2 small fries and It took over an hour to get. That's the worst service ever on an easy order
Placed my order via the McDonald’s app (as I’ve done a billion times) proceeded to this location (as I’ve done a billion times) with my rewards, the total was $3.45. When I pulled up to the drive-thru, I told the young woman I had a mobile order … she confirmed that she had it and told me to pull to the window … I then asked to please make fresh fries (this location gives old, cold fries unless you specifically ask) … when I pulled to the window, the young lady said “$5.50” …
I am so upser at this McCdonalds every time i make an order always either they forget to put a fry , a burger or give me my order wrong. Every time am not even jk , i have talked to the shift manager by the name Alejandro and he didnt even Apologized . I used to wrok for this McDonalds in 2006 and was a manager and we always made aure to Apologized if we gave the wong order but now its the worse place ito go. I would not recomend it. Even the food is super cold
The people who work here need better training. I got yelled at and eyes rolled at me at 7 am because they got my order wrong not only once, but twice. Bless their hearts.
