I came a few days ago and bunch of the employees were out back and when I came in and got my ice cream the sprinkles were stale and my mother in law asked for 3 cookies and got only 1. This was all the afternoon shift. I didn’t know they run a teenager circus.

Absolutely great service at the Mont Belvieu 146 location. I would like to add the gentleman Josh went above and beyond to give me the best customer service ever. I'm allergic to berries so he offered to go to the back to get a new untouch ice cream container and a new unused scoop to serve me ice cream. I've been to many ice cream shops and none would ever offer this. For once I could enjoy an ice cream cone with my family at an ice cream shop. A moment truly I thought wouldn't ever get to enjoy. Hands down best ice cream shop service. I will continue to return. Amazing training and my hats off to the owner and bosses for training such amazing employees.

The staff visibly groans every time you enter and gets mad at you when you order and act like they’re doing you a favor by giving you your food.
