Very good ice cream but a little pricey but would still go and eat again there
Extremely rude and disrespectful employees. The man that made my cup made it incorrect and then did not fix his assistant got offended that I pointed out the issue and slammed the cup down. This is not customer service.
I go here alot because of my kids. We spend alot of money here. The icream was very soft, I asked the girl why? She made an excuse that I put caramel in it. Customer service here sucks. They do not wear gloves, the lady hands all over the ice-cream, her hands dripping into the tub of ice-cream that I purchased. They are lacking cleanliness. You pay so much for the ice-cream and they act so nonchalant like customers should not ask them a question.
Ice cream was good, a lot of flavor choices.
Legit a really chill place to hangout and eat their amazing variety ? ? like dudeee you can't tell me otherwise. Staff is chill.

Absolutely the best, creamy ice cream and the generous portions. We don't go but once a year but really enjoy it. The store really needs a face lift though.
Last night was the first time that my husband and I went to this ice cream store, and I don't regret it. I loved the customer service, these two young women were working so hard to make sure we had a good experience! The ice cream was delicious and very sweet. It energized me, kind of what coffee does, which is strange but I liked it. I enjoyed all of the options that were available. How creative. I can say birthday cake is my favorite and we'll be bringing our child very soon to try it out too. My husband loved his coffee shake. Great job guys! ?
