Visited today 6/26. The whole experience was horrible, the food was somewhat decent. We probably would have halfway enjoyed our food if their wasn't a circus going on in front of us. No good salsa because it was still being made, it was 1 in the afternoon. ? Fajita was tough! Waitress helped halfway through our meals and then took care of a bigger table and we only saw her when we were paying. They sat us next to the most obnoxious inconsiderate table with the loudest people and a group of kids running around and falling all over the place and not a decent thought to tell them to behave. We grabbed our own to go boxes, wanted refills but noone came to ask us again. We had to go up to the front to ask for our ticket because we weren't being attended. The waitress only came out to apologize at the end but the cashier could care less and had an attitude because I was complaining!

The fajita beef tasted old, it had a smell to it. I don't like to complain, but I could not eat it and neither could my husband. When I set it to the side, (our very nice) server called for the manager.. Food can sometimes be off, so my husband took another bite giving it the benefit of doubt.. I told the manager I did not like the taste of the beef, and said it tasted rotten, he said well no one else has complained. I told him my husband, he looked down called y husband boss and said well you're eating it. We were not looking for free food, only feedback, we will never go back here.

Very good Mexican food in the Baytown area. I had a meal with chicken covered with cheese and mushrooms, rice and delicious Charro Beans. I think next time I just want a big bowl of Charro Beans and a plate of Mexican Rice and I will be very happy. I don't remember what my wife had but she was very happy with her meal. Our waitress was very attentive to us and got us everything we asked for, even when we asked her to heat up our salsa which is served cold. You won't be disappointed eating at Luna's.

Our server was awesome, but the reason for the 1 star is one of the workers brought their what looked like a 4 year old son to work with her, let him run all over with knives around all of us customers trying to eat. Then, some of those same workers got into a yelling and hitting fight right there around us, the silverware they were putting in the napkins and the containers that had the loose silverware in them fell to the ground. They picked them up, put them back with the clean ones and proceeded to wrap them with napkins for people to use. 3 of us in our party got sick about half an hour after we left. I would not recommend eating there and will never go back.

Just as i had expected. Haven't been there in over 10 yrs and I had second thoughts about dinning in, decided go give it a shot again, and settled since the other restaurants didnt take reservations for today. Management had bad attitude and seemed they were annoyed. Will definitely not be returning. Lunas isnt worried about this comment, people still settle for this place. Seems everything has gone down hill for this place.

Margaritas always on point , waitress was amazing!! Food was good but didn't taste it due to the buzz but everyone else said it was good would recommend.

Our visit was pleasant experience. This location is still observing COVID-19 protocols. However, even with the protocols in place. Staff were friendly, helpful and attentive to customer needs. We ordered the appetizer sampler and two meals. Food was delivered to our table fairly quickly. Everything was hot and taste was as expected. We have long enjoyed Luna's Mexican Restaurant. While it is not the most impressive tasting it is top notch for good home cooked Mexican American food prepared at a large scale restaurant. That along with the fact that Luna's continues to deliver large portions without having raised retail prices exuberantly. A wonderful atmosphere, great tasting alcoholic beverages, good food and amazing tortillas. Luna's is always a great choice for a good meal with friends and family!

The food was delicious..the staff was great about bringing your drink refills and to go boxes..I ate the chicken and beef quesadillas..it was good...fast friendly service

Wanted to try this place because it was recommended but unfortunately I was very disappointed with my experience. It took about 15 minutes to get our drinks ordered once sat down, another 10 just to get them. Once food was ordered it took almost 45 minutes for the fajitas and cheese enchiladas to arrive and they were cold. When expressing my dissatisfaction with the food temperature I was told, “I’m sorry sir, we are very busy.” I was never offered to have it fixed. Maybe it was a bad night but with the options around town I will be taking my business elsewhere with a place that values customer service a little better than here. Do not recommend, I was dissatisfied with the food and specially the service.

Great food’ great margaritas! I had the shrimp and fajita on the grill . We sat close to the fireplace nice and cozy. Five stars for the cook! Five stars for the bartender!
