Usually food is good and no issues with my order. Today not the case. I ordered 2 Luann's with cfs, green beans and mashed potatoes with cream gravy and jalapeno cornbread. Well I didn't get gravy or cornbread and the chicken fried steak was so dry and hard like it had been sitting for a long time.
Food was not hot. Chicken fried steak was tough. Potatoes not seasoned. Only good dish was Mac and cheese.
I grew up on Luby's. Cafeteria style dining. Kinda nostalgic for me. Food is pretty good.
Luby food was sorry, the chicken tezemin was horrible, 2 much garlic and I love garlic. Carrot salad had no taste. Very disappointed.
Food was good but I have to have them reheat my food EVERY SINGLE TIME. Cold as soon as I get to table. $50 w tax! 2 combo dinners, 2 side salads, 2 desserts, 2 free waters. Over $50! Wait staff excellent.
Went to luby around 12;00 that would be [ lunch time).I order a luann with fish ,macaroni and cheese and green bean.I was told macaroni and cheese was coming out soon they had ran out.Iwas given a number for macaroni and cheese after I paid. I proceeded to the table to start eating my meal,fish was cold. I asked server for a fresh piece of fish while still waiting on macaroni and cheese. Server came back with fresh piece of fish but still no macaroni and cheese this fish was not hot just warm.Asked server to check on macaroni and cheese,it finally arrived only to be luke warm not piping hot. I asked for a manager and my money back.this was unacceptable. I will not eat their cold food.I eaten here several times.quality of food and service is unacceptable.
Food was great like always, we sat down at front corner of building felt warm and muggy, like if the AC was not hi enough, But it also could be that the windows all around me where reflecting to much heat so check where to sit
This was the first time I've eaten a luby's and probably at least 10 years and I was very disappointed for one the portions were small too they didn't seem to be cooked properly and way too expensive for luby's I don't think I'll be going back to a luby's for a while if ever that's just me though hey
Not the Luby's it used to be. Had to settle for fried fish - I had my heart set on the almondine but they were out. Limited choices, not so warm food.Staff were great, made up some for the serving line
Quick and tasty food, I should go there more often. Fabulous staff.
