This place is constantly late with orders. I don’t blame the employees, as there were only 3 working. Ordered on my app and it took 30 minutes just to get them put in the oven. (App said it would be ready at that time)1. It’s always busy here. Where’s the staff? Do people not want to work here? Does the owner/GM not want to pay well or keep a good staff on?2. With a full view of the kitchen, we’ll…..They may wanna rethink giving customers “behind the scenes access”.To the owner/GM - do a better job. I’m in management at a restaurant and they way this place is run needs to be stepped up.
Waited 45 minutes for 2 hot and readys and an order of breadsticks. 45 minutes for items that, should've already been cooked. There was a line of cars behind me, and a bunch of angry looking people inside. It's not worth the wait. Update:THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE!
I’ve have never came here and they had a hot and ready. I thought that was the point of little Cesar. Every time you have to wait for them to make it. So not cool. They need to get on it here!!!! Needs new management!!! Asap!
This store never had pizza hot and ready. But recently I came in with a big order and they had it ready in 35 minutes. They stepped up their Time game. Keep it up and I'm sure they'll turn all this low star ratings into 5 stars.
Do you like standing and waiting in a pizza parlor thats take out only with other customers that are aggravated? Then this is the spot for you!!! Dont try and call to place a order, they never pick up. Place your order online atleast 45 min in advance even for the basic hot-n-ready pizzas. Once at the store get creative on getting the staffs attention so they can start on your order. Then plan to spend another 15 minutes waiting for them to rush your order through so you can get your undercooked pizzas.
This place used to be really good at having pizzas ready. Had to wait an extra 20 minutes for hot and readys just for everything to be cold. They even shorted me bread sticks only gave me 3. This place has become like T mobile false guarantees.
Ordered a pizza and it’s been “ in the oven “ for 40 minutes , finally went inside and they said it’ll be 10 more minutes. I’ve been waiting for an extra 30 minutes since those 10 minutes. 3 employees have went on break , and 2 inside are just standing there. Worst service LMAO
Order 2 pizzas and some breadsticks at 2:57pm for pick up at 4:45pm. Got to the store and was told it would be another 20 minutes. Gave them the 20 minutes then came back in the store for them to tell me again 15-20 minutes. Not happy at all! I ordered ahead to not deal with this kind of wait!
Seriously Never have any food ready. We are told a hour wait everytime! So we take our Buisness elsewhere. The other reviews are correct; they are never ready!
40 min wait for 1 hot n ready!Never have pizzas ready this is the 3rd time i pass by & its the same thing.Staff/ Management should know by now that you all need to have pizza ready just like any other little ceasers.I understand a 15 min wait but 45. Atleast have something ready for when customers come by
