This is the 5th time that my app says is gonna be ready at a certain time and I gotta wait for 30 min or more when I get here. They need new team leader or somebody who knows how to manage time correctly.Last time, my pizza was just sitting there and I got no notification on my app at all. Only reason I knew it was ready is because I went inside and asked about the two pizzas that might be mine. This place is the worst.
Do not eat here this place is ran really really fd up! No hot n ready is ready and then you haft to wait for 20-30 minutes when it’s supposed to be hot and ready so who ever is the owner of this store needs to get his employees on track because not everything is based just on line when it’s supposed to be hot ready! F this location for realz I put that on everything! F Baytown!
they take too long & the pizza is soggy in certain areas. also they handled the pizza with ungloved hands
Slowest little Caesar’s I’ve been at.Ordered a pizza at 11:34 am to pick up at 4:30 pm… I get to the place at 4:34 and mi pizzas aren’t ready yet, they just put them in the oven at that time… when people set a time to pick up later on, we expect the pizza to be ready. Not “starting to make them”
Nothing but little internet thugs playing music with the N word constantly being said. In the back on the phone planning what time they leaving for the night. No hot and readys available. Yea I’ll drive the extra few miles to the other one. I know they are kids but someone should have taught them professionalism.
Not only were the employee using foul language.... It took them an hour and a half to make two pizzas. I ordered them online waited the full length of time then came and they're still not done. This is the worst Little Caesars known to man.
Ordered: Ultimate Supreme Classic Cheese Classic Pepperoni Crazy Combo® [Crazy Bread® & Crazy Sauce®] They didn't deliver the Supreme...they gave us two Pepperoni!!!!!!!!
"Hot-N-Ready" does not entirely apply here. Almost every time I come here there is a wait, and the wait times can vary drastically. I've had a couple times where I wait ten minutes for a Pepperoni Pizza and Crazy Bread, and other times where I will wait thirty minutes and leave when I only order Crazy Bread. I specifically remember multiple occasions where I will be at the counter but not one worker will even acknowledge that I am standing there. Nonetheless, the quality of the pizza itself isn't half bad. For a pre-made pizza that's been sitting in a small oven for a while, the taste is pretty good for a 5$ pizza that's big enough to share, which does make it ideal as a last minute dinner option.
This place is pretty awesome having hot ready made pizza for aspur of the moment party or a quick meal for the kiddos when mom and dad are running and don't feel like cooking, but Little Caesars please keep your coke bins stocked, clean your glass doors and explain to your employees that going from money to food to money is a form of cross- contamination hands need to be washed regularly regardless of pandemic or not it is gross. Zero stars if I could not using any one of beef? Poor customer service you can't put a sign on the door make everyone wait to say no. All they did was cheese pizza yuk I will make my own. , I definitely will not worry about coming back to this location ever!!!
