Went drive thur today and they mess up on my order and called the store and lady was rude on the phone I wouldn't eat here...
nakakadismaya kasi kabago bagong bukas lang ng KFC BAYTOWN ee sira na kagad ang standard.. alam nman na cguro nila na kahit drive thru o dine in/take out pa yan sana nasa standard pa din ang pagkain. alam nmin yan kasi kusinera at kusinero din kami...wag nman sana na ilabas yung mga sunog na item.. flavor shots na nga lng yung order nmin at chicken chops e sunog at lasang lumang oil pa ang ginamit hays ang mahal ng food para sa itsura nya.. in short, nagsayang lang kami ng pera..
Asked for crispy got soggy original. Wing seems it’s from quail I stead of chicken. And lady in the kitchen was screaming the whole time like a crazy person. Not coming back ever.
Drove thru at 10pm there were 5 cars including myself. Ordered a bucket of chicken and was told they only have tenders and bowls at this time. I ordered tenders and they forgot my fries. They close at 10:30pm but stop their menu. Why? This is not the first time it has happened.
Order took about 20 mins to prepare as the order I made, ingredients weren't ready

Never have grilled chicken after 3 ...they need to know some people do eat healthy.
I would give them 5 stars if they would go back to green beans instead of corn! Otherwise? Delicious!
