What a shame. 4 months after my wife left a review, the website says open and you guys are still closed. Currently sitting in the whataburger drive thru with 7 + ppl in line at 1:40 in the morning. You guys are missing out on business. Either change your stats online or hire someone to take over the night shift. Absolutely ridiculous. Don't advertise being open if you aren't.
Came in last night for a couple sourdough jack meals for me and my girlfriend. And today we are sick and throwing up with a nasty case of food poisoning. You’re lucky I didn’t keep my receipt or I’d be on the phone with a lawyer instead of writing this. I’ll never be back at this restaurant. STAY AWAY FOR YOUR HEALTH. EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK.
There always out of something on the menu. I would have thought they would do better to take care of the customers since their other locations are closing.
The manager wouldn't give me the sauce I asked for, even after I offered to pay for it. Like there's some sort of ranch shortage. I mean, I know everything in this country is on back order right now, but seriously one extra ranch for my tacos is going to shut the whole system down? I also asked for no pickles and no tomatoes and to add mustard, which the lady took my order right, but apparently the kitchen doesn't know how to read. Will not be back here and I visit this JNB regularly because it's right down the road from my job. I'll stick with Whataburger from now on.Do NOT recommend due to lack of management and customer service skills and not being able to make an order correctly.
Do not recommend this spot. Wasn't anyone in the store and one person in drive thru and the lady at the counter seemed like she was annoyed we were there. The breakfast burrito was wrapped horrible. The coffee was lukewarm. I'd avoid this spot. Will not be back.
Came last night around 9:40pm and me and my husband had our stomachs set on having tacos for dinner. I was told there were absolutely no tacos at all. So I pulled around to park and rethink about what we want. I went to see if the inside lobby was open but nooo it was locked. So I came back to drive thru and decided I will just get my other backup food the spicy chicken sandwich meal. NOPE they didn’t have any spicy chicken for that!! Sooo I decided to get both of us a burger meal with easy sauce on both and with curly fries. The burgers both had too much sauce anyways and the curly fries were NOT fresh. In fact they were a bit undercooked. I was so livid that I couldn’t even eat my food as well as my husband not being able to eat his. Thanks for ruining dinner last night. I have sent my complaint via the website with my contact information.
Don't bother coming after normal hours (overnight) they're not open. Apparently they can't pay their employees a proper wage to hire overnight staff. Just go to whataburger 100ft away.( if they are open at night they don't have anything because they're understaffed) pay your employees a living wage Jack!
French fries were old and stale. Chicken nuggets were hard and dry. Employee 1 asked employee 2 if these nuggets looked good to him. He said i don't know i don't eat them, "just serve them anyway". I ordered what i thought was an ultimate cheese burger. I got a single meat burger with no cheese. I ate the burger and threw everything else away. Worst Jack in the Box experience ever.
If could rate no stars, I would!They’re trashy, never have tacos, when they do have tacos they limit how many tacos you can get! Imagine advertising deals on tacos but never having any tacos. EmbarrassingDO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
This place is never open after midnight. The listing online says they'll be open, but it never fails. Just change your status online.. and ps your bot response is just awful. I've read other reviews..
