There's a girl that works overnight who is ALWAYS on the phone & ignores drive thru. Very nasty attitude. I understand, everyone has a bad day/shift. Its not likely that everyday can be so miserable & if it is, work is the very least of her worries. Like, her bad mood can almost put me in a bad mood. Sad
Expect to wait a long time for your food. Service is so bad and it seems like management is not that far behind, can’t spell.

Pulled up to drive thru a little before 10pm. There was only 3 cars ahead. The lady at the speaker was acting so immature and rude and I had to repeat my order 4 or 5 times. Pulled up to wait and pay and sat there for over 15 minutes AND NEVER MOVED! Absolutely unacceptable
Today 2/07/22 I put an order for 20 jack tacos and lady replied that the tacos were frozen and it would take 45 minutes to make them so I replied let me get 2 orders of the mini tacos she replied we are out so I replied what do you have? I just canceled my order horrible service I know it don’t take 45 minutes to make tacos in the fryer c’mon
This location is always dirty. The service is unprofessional no matter what time you come by. Don't order tacos or they will give you old ones with the wrapper stuck to them . This place is just awful. Don't not stop here. Go next door to Dairy Queen they will treat you good and food always fresh.
It was good. Low price like always. 4 stars though because you know when the tacos are not fresh. I can tell they were sitting for awhile.
Food was cold… especially the curly fries.. then I seen a worker mess with the trash bin and started handling food with the same gloves on without washing his hands on the night of the 11th of January
This is the most incompetent fast food place I've ever been to. They're the reason people will never have $15 minimum wage. Can't wait for robots to replace these Einsteins. It's... EVERY..... SINGLE..... VISIT!!! Something is always wrong, missing, theyre out of something, takes 30 mins in line to PLACE YOUR ORDER much less wait for it... I jumped the curb today so I didn't have to be there any more.
MOLD. DON'T EAT HERE. I ordered a breakfast sandwich from this location and after eating HALF of it I discovered the egg was covered in MOLD!!! I have been having stomach troubles every day since and I will be seeing a Dr. about this- they better hope it's not related to the moldy sandwich they served me! I emailed the company and they never replied. Disgusting and unsanitary establishment. I will never eat from this franchise ever again. They should be shut down for serving food like this...
