Bad food , bad service. Every time I try to give Jack in the Box another chance, they let me down. I ordered tacos. Asked for Taco sauce, she said we don't have any. I said I don't want the tacos then. She wouldn't take them back. They basically have no meat and all lettuce with no taste. Every time I go to Jacks again they ruin the food and service sucks as well.
Awful! Always an issue at this location. Just placed an order and the money is out of my account but they don’t have it and now I have to wait days to get my money back. Lesson learned thanks
I come to N Main Jack In The Box regularly and they always get my order right the first time. Great service and friendly polite worker. Keep it up ?
I wait like 20 minutes in the line for buy tacos and they never told me in the first timeAlways so rude . Last time I come and they don’t give me all my order .
my boyfriend and i went into the restaurant to pick our order up when the doordash app stated pickup was ready. i pulled the receipt up on my phone at the counter, but the merchant said they didn't even receive it on the monitor. as i was attempting to explain to him what the order consisted of, he cut me off and walked away; leaving us standing at the counter. i had to demand them to look over the order. only after being persistent for over 5 minutes and showing another employee my online receipts did i receive my food. it was stale and missing several of my items/requests. the majority of the staff were rude and disrespectful toward us- i.e. ignoring us, walking away while we were trying to get their attention, etc. we are very ashamed of our treatment, seeing as we were nothing but polite about the entire ordeal.
This is by far the slowest Jack in the box in Baytown and possibly the Houston area. For the inside not to be open the drive thru should be flowing perfectly. Every single time I come for my DoorDash orders it’s always the same thing. PLEASE HOLD!!! HOLD ON A MINUTE!!! And it’s always the same lady Mary working the drive thru. If she can’t multitask then she needs to find a different job somewhere like door greeter at Walmart or something. I’ve been in line well over 30 minutes waiting on my DoorDash order it’s ridiculous…
Ismael and the morning staff are very professional and have good customer service skills. The reason I'm giving this location 3 stars is because the rest of the staff usually the ones in the weekend at evening/night are very rude and you could tell they barely wanna work there by the way they talk to you.
Who ever is pushing for $15 an hour for fast food workers has never been here. Anything over one dollar a day is to much! How this place consistantly messes up orders I will never know. I ordered a #3, and specifically said grilled sourdough burger more than once, because they have messed this up more than once. So ofcourse I dont check it and its chicken again, so either the cook is blind or just retarded. Never again.. who ever owns this place should stop by every now and then with a 1st grade reading and writing test for the employees to take.
I placed order on app and selected to pick up counter. I arrived and door was locked. I tried calling several times but phone busy signal. Drive thur was long. So waited in line and guy at windows was very rude. When finally got my food half order was missing then when told him he said he bagged food and knows what in bag. He put sticker over receipt on bag so couldn't check it. Then he to me to park while make food I pre-ordered. Told him no and he started talking about me to other works. I just leftand left the food I ordered and paid for. The service was so horrible. If I could give a 0 I would.
