Today is My?Son's 21st birthday? So his girlfriend, sister & I spent a little time eating & laughing together.The staff was great!The manager had them help celebrate by singing the IHOP Birthday ? song.Was a nice moment?
Good food and a short wait time makes this a great attraction, especially for those impromptu breakfast cravings. However, the customer service and wait staff will quickly pull the rug from underneath you. Although inattentive and dry, your server will definitely "suggest" the desired percentage to tip. My wife felt pressured to leave a bigger tip after the encounter, needless to say, I didn't feel that same pressure, and left a tip based on the miniscule service. Missing food items, terrible attitude, having to ask for silverware / condiments and nonexistent refills.
Waited 10 min at the door. Some girl after all that time walked up and laid 2 glasses of water down then took the other. Never asked what i wanted. She hasn't been back by my table. I hear her talking about me behind my back. She seen me on my phone so she started being nice. I hear her downing me yet again. If I get sick it's bc she did something to my food. Update. She hasn't come back and I need a box and something sweet. There went her tip. 20 min sitting here
Same food always. Priced well, friendly devoted staff. Very good coffee. Uniformity has it's place. Sadly too many other businesses forgot that.
Employees were friendly. Server was nice. Food was cold when we got it. Then had to wait on silverware they were out which made our food colder. Good thing it was soft butter on the pancakes.
It was a little late when going but my daughter wanted to have that over night experience at a restaurant, plus it was part of her birthday things to do. It wasn't to crowded we had fun just talking and having fun. Our waitress was new, she did pretty good. Food was good and my daughter enjoyed her time there and that's all that matters
It took 30 minutes to get our food while the restaurant was not full. We ordered an omelet which was overcooked and dry. The waitress also agreed that the food was overcooked and dry. We sat in an area where we could see the cooks. They were throwing things back and forth playing where the mealswere prepared. It was a sad day. We won't eat there again..

You can't go wrong with breakfast. Breakfast for lunch. Breakfast for dinner. It's all good when you are having breakfast. And this is a breakfast place. Love the pancake combo.
