They need to take notes from the location on uvalde... Uvalde location is soooooo good... chicken strip hard and dry, mac n cheese salty and liquid, when you dont see bacon or season in the green beans its a no... corn looked like it was dumped straight from the can, they had white cream gravy in the potato casserole instead of sour cream... chicken could have been better... fish was good tho... and the rolls... were the saddest driest rolls ever ?
Went just for the chicken livers, they were good. Fresh, freshly cooked, good sized, nice and crispy. A little more spices would have made them even better.The staff and customers were super nice, I'll be back.
I usually love the chicken but my order this evening was disgusting. We ordered the 11 PC family meal and most of it was scrawny, dried up wings! The beans & rice were tasteless. And the rolls were hard, like several day old bread! Very disappointed!!! ?☹️

LOVE LOVE LOVE the rolls and tenders! I messed up and got there when they just opened so I had to wait a little while.
Staff was friendly. For some reason the Cole slaw didn't taste as good as it usually does. Also, the fried chicken on the buffet seemed dried out. (My guess is that they move it from the drive thru selection after a while. )
Help keep these places alive I've ate at the Harrisburg location for 20 years and it's closed. I love this place but it's hard to see it die

WOW, haven't been to Hartz in a long time. Now I know, why! The buffet was horrible, food greasy, side were awful cold nothing refreshed.
