Good food and great service
I am only giving it 2 stars because the sandwiches are so good. Could not order online. Went to the drive through and was told (very rudely) that they do not do drive through orders. (So what’s a drive through window for?). Went inside and placed my order (2 sandwiches) to the same very rude lady. It took 54 minutes to get my order. The restaurant was not very clean, BUT the sandwiches are GREAT.
My sister placed an online order and was notified after paying that they were out of the meat she ordered for a sandwich and had been out of it all day. She then cancelled the order. She received another call saying that they found some meat in the back of the cooler. She reiterated that she would like to cancel the order. She wasn't given a refund and has contacted corporate as well as management at other Firehouse locations and still hasn't been able to get anywhere. This is absolutely ridiculous.
Manager of the business is lazy, she will micromanage in terms of how much mayo you put on the bread but will go in the back and sit down during a lunch rush. Congrats Blanca, you have robbed the owner Brad of thousands doing zero nothing while the business dies. Worst management I have ever experienced in the food business. Brad, if you want to make more than $1k a day you need to leave your comfort zone and find someone who is actually hardworking and diligent, otherwise you might as well close this location.
Went in to order something to eat with my husband. Stood in front of counter for 10 minutes while the employees worked behind the counter and not one person acknowledged us. So I looked at my husband and said let's go they apparently don't need our business. Not but three people there. Went to Subway they were nice and the place was packed. Not good business at Firehouse Subs. Don't go there go to Subway!!
2-24-2022 decided to order through Firehouse Subs and use Uber Eats for the first time. The driver of Uber Eats was so sweet. Once I received my food I didn't eat right away. Finally when I decided to eat my food for security of the food had no sticker or a stapled bag was present. Remember you're dealing with a 3rd party. Would be a courtesy to protect the food and give the customers peace.I called the store on Garth Rd. Baytown, Texas at 11:54 am no answer kept calling Finally someone answered placed me in hold never came back. Hung up and called again no answer. It's 12:17 pm and still no answer. This place SUCKS... EVER AGAIN WILL I DO BUSINESS
This was my first time eating at Firehouse Subs the sandwiches we're very good with a good amount of meat and Fixins on the sandwich The Establishment was very clean including the bathrooms and the staff were kind and courteous my wife and I enjoyed our food while we watched Friends on the TV. I will go again
The sub was so good. The staff seemed nice and they were pretty quick. It was clean and they had Friends on the t.v. and that alone won me over! I recommend. ?

I’ve visited this location on a weekly basis and it continues to decline. The drink machine constantly has issues. Sandwiches are constantly made incorrectly. Specifically ask for no mustard and comes with plenty of mustard. Ordered a club and got a cold sandwich with no bacon. Hot sandwiches are barely even warm. The restroom is constantly out of order or doesn’t have soap. Didn’t use to have this problem. Been to several firehouse and this is by far the worst.
