The last 2 times I ordered a pizza, I had to cancel because it took more than 2 hours. I just ordered my pizza at 5:06 and it's now 6:16. I called the store and spoke to Corey, who said she's the manager. I was not impressed. She told me 45 mins more. I told her if she thinks it's going to be longer to tell me so I xan cancel. She was NOT reassuring and certainly NOT professional. I wonder if she's actually the manager. No offer to make it right, just call back in 45 mins and cancel. I guess this is another night of hunger due to Domino's. If I don't get the order in 45 mins, I'm going to call main office! This place needs to shut down at this rate!
Placed an order.. Paid for it.. Then I get a call back saying they dont deliver to my address. Spoke with the GM and she had an attitude about the whole situation. Im trying to find out how they can take the money for and order then say they dont deliver to the address that is clearly confirmed before paying. Also was told they just stopped delivery to my apartment complex a month ago. So how are we supposed to know this before we order? They even had a record of me ordering from them a month ago to the same address.. Just makes no sense. Its 2 in the afternoon.
I ordered and paid for my pizza online with instructions to deliver to passenger side of my car.(details were left online). I parked outside front door about 15 minutes early. About 10 minutes after my expected pick up time I seen 2 people enter store front and that is when I went inside. The employees had NO IDEA where my pizza was and finally found it on the shelf. Aside from them NOT following directions from THEIR website the pizza was not as ordered! Just really sad because I never eat there and was really hoping the pizza was just what I ordered. I would have let the time frame mishap go if the pizza was as ordered and hot .
Do not order from here!!! I have been waiting an 2 hours s called at one hour because they said 45 to 55 minutes and they said it’s in the oven- but m at 2 hours. I asked manager can you give me a coupon for next time - like a free pizza for your drama. NOPE
Great prices, ask for the carry out prices for the medium pizzas(5.99)!!
Most the time it's great but sometimes they don't always do what you tell them than won't refund it.
Showed up just before closing,ordered 4 large pizza's extra-toppings. I was greeted with a smile when i walked in as when i walked out. Very Friendly Staff. My pizza's were ready in no time.. Oh did i mention that the Pizza's were Great,they really were. Thanks Guy's
The worst domino's ever they ask if I want a carry out or a delivery but then tell me they're not doing deliveries the little girl that answered the phone hung up on me I call back to speak to the manager and the guy that answered the phone told me she's on a delivery. The last time I ordered took an hour and half to get my food the order was completely wrong and was told I can't get my money back but I can have a free order but only from their store at this point its almost not worth dealing with the Incompetent children that work here!!
I waited a hour and a half for a pizza and when it finally gets here looks like the driver took a bite out of it.
Ordered pick up from this location and arrived early to pick up my food so I sat in my car until the pizza tracker said my order was ready. While sitting in the car I watched the employees take orders on the phone and then go right back to making pizzas with their BARE hands. One of the employees was even rubbing his nose, touching his mask, and scratching his head while making the pizzas. I was utterly disgusted as this is a location I frequently order from. When I walked in I asked to speak to the manager who was apologetic about what I had witness and also stated they are required to wash their hands after touching the phones but never said anything about them wearing gloves nor did she offer to remake my order and didn’t offer a refund. For the reasons listed above is why I don’t like eating out anymore, to many careless individuals handling food. Will NEVER order from any dominos again.
