Ordered 3 pizzas. Confirmation said it would take an hour, but it didn't. Went to pick up the pizzas and they were boiling hot. So hot I could not hold them on the bottom of the box.Pizzas were made exactly like we asked them to be. Very tasty. Employees we're nice and friendly. Inside of the business was clean. Outside was clean too. The center that this is located is a little run down. Easy to get to. Parking lot is very small. But a great place to pick up some pizza
Been ordering at this location for the past 10 years that I lived at my residence I was called by an employee telling me they don’t deliver to this street because of security reasons. When I had ordered from there and got it delivered to this address days back. Will no longer order here ever again.
Delivery service is horrible!! Estimate said 80 to 90min!! Comes 3 hours later ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!! I had to personally go to the store to cancel my order since nobody would answer the phone!! When I pulled up all 3 ladies were looking at the delivery monitor. No pizzas were being made. NOTHING!! When I left once again they all 3 went back to the monitor. It dosent take 3 people to do one job!! They need better training!! Now hiring signs seem like a scam!! also my friend "tired" to get hired but on the day of her "SCHEDULED" interview the hiring manager wasn't even there!! She was off!! The manager never bothered to even call her back but somebody asked my underage son if he wanted a job when I sent him in to pick up pizzas!! ???? Lack of coordination and professionalism!!
The manager of this dominos needs to be fired on the spot. Insane wait times sometimes in excess of 2 hours. Paid for orders that never show up. The pizza can also be extremely inconsistent. Have given many chances but will never order from here again.
Worst service not once but twice I place order and it takes over a hour to get a update on app. Call to try and get some assistance get placed on hold over 10 min! Then my call gets disconnected! If it's new staff or management it's definitely the worst ever!!!
Twice I ordered the pizza and got it 3 hours later. Won't pick up the phone when you call either.
I love this Dominos. They are always quick, ready to eat and always the right order.
I will never order from this Domino's again, I ordered at least once a week from this Domino's, I had a problem last year and they credited me. I was happy about that. Last week the pizza was burnt and cold when I got home. I called and they said they would credit me for this, I called tonight to get my replacement from last week, but they lied to me and will not credit me anymore since they credited me once before, I would spend about $30 a week there, but now they lost a good customer, a I will now go to the one on Garth road and give them my business, terrible management here at this store.
If I could put zero stars I would. We placed an order for two medium pizzas at 5:20 and come 7:30 we still hadn’t received it. Called multiple times and were hung up on. Delivery app said delivered but was not. So we had to cancel.
