We ordered food for delivery, when it was an hour late we called and they said they thought our order was door dash. Sherri behind the counter laughed and didn’t apologize when I brought the food back that finally was delivered at 3 pm when we ordered. The food that was delivered was less than trash. They knew that it was cold but instead of apologizing for the mistake and making the food fresh then sent it out. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Best barbecue brisket frito pie I ever had. Going back soon, brisket really tender. Great customer service.

Horrible place unfriendly staff I had to repeat my order 3 times and still got it wrong and they were trying to rush us out because they wanted to leave out of here by 9 and food was cold I sent it back and they still had the audacity to bring it back to me cold will not recommend this place to anyone bad customer service period and they didn’t not have any barbecue sauce out for us we had to ask for it

From Las Vegas to Houston Dickies always satisfies your need for great BBQ.

Amazing food an a clean store. Had a very nice gentleman help me he is so sweet good job son!!

I have to post this, I really enjoyed this location for a long time but prices have increased and portions have gotten smaller, I paid $17 for less food than an appetizer at a restaurant, its a shame, for that amount of money, when my sausage was being portioned it was one slice over in weight and she actually took the one slice, a bite, off and left it sitting alone on the counter top, how long will it sit before it finds a home? Was that really necessary? I paid 17 bucks and you took a bite away? Edit* Upon eating the food it is subpar at best, the brisket was supposed to be sliced, it was a dry pile, had to eat it with a spoon. Alright, ill spend my money elsewhere.

Absolutely no way this should be considered BBQ in Texas. The slice and a half of brisket? was tough as leather and the turkey was dry and cold. If you're passing through on your way to Beaumont just save your money and go to1701 BBQ off Calder in downtown Beaumont they have real BBQ.This place is selling gas station food?

Every time we order from here something is missing from our order. I constantly have to give my food to someone else in my home because their food didn't arrive or I go without because my food didn't arrive. Someone needs to do better with checking orders. We will not be ordering from here again.

Very good brisket. Busy on Sundays. Friendly staff.

I was actually impressed by this barbecue location. From the moment I stepped in was greeted by a super friendly staff. I got a verity of meat and was offered different ones by staff as well. Over all a wonderful small Texas barbecue location.
