This review is for the DQ at 6431 Garth Rd. in Baytown. Rude people, overcharged, had to get a refund. Check your receipts because they slip extra items on there that you didn’t order. And mine wasn’t a small order it was $29. They get rude when you ask for a refund for some thing you didn’t order.
It was my first time at this location couldn't wait to try the food pulled up to the drive-thru was greeted by the drive to girl and as soon as she started to speak she sorry to rush and push items on me but could not get my order right too busy not paying attention to what I was ordering too busy rushing and asking too many questions check your food guys because I pull up in my order was of course wrong very disappointed
We can no longer sell any ice because someone complained because of the bags
On a rare occasion you come across a fast food restaurant that doesn't screw up your order. Love them for that!
While not the closest DQ location to our home, this is my family's favorite DQ. The staff is always friendly, cheerful, and expedient, and the store clean, well-lit, and visually attractive. We are constantly pleased with the taste and quality of the food.Farouk has effectively managed this location for many years. He treats all of his customers with a great deal of kindness and operates this DQ with passion and a high degree of attention to detail. His desire to provide excellent customer service is reflected by the great performance of his team and the sharp operation of the store.We feel Farouk and his team are an important part of our Baytown-area community and they run a great restaurant. Whether we pickup at the drive-thru window or dine in, we repeatedly have great experiences at this DQ.
And drive through for 10 minutes waiting for our food it was supposed to be hot and fresh and we get our food it was not hot and fresh it was sealed and old the hot dog I got was supposed to be a foot long it was not a foot long it was too 6 in and they were old and nasty the chicken tenders my girlfriend got were horrible I don't know how you guys can have this as accessible food service especially where I'm spending nearly $20 on food
Service was quick & accurate. Store was very clean. Food was great as always!
One of the best fast food dine in places in Baytown. Great management zero issues. And they don't freak out if you throw birthday party or after school or church gatherings.
The best chicken and dumplings that you will ever find at a fast food place. They have a lot more healthier choices with the salads which are very good. Great service with a smile.
I was so pleased considering the other dairy queen’s can mess up alot this dairy queen’s worker i believe her name was maddie was very kind and double checked to make sure our food was correct she was very sweet and patient and i am so pleased and will 100% be going to the dairy queen from now on!!!! There food was also really good and exactly how i would’ve wanted 10 out of 10
