Apparently your employees can't read along with not speaking English. My husband went through the drive through. Handed the employee a piece of paper with his order written down on it. (my husband is deaf so he does a lot of communication this way). the order was very explicit and detailed...yet they managed to get the order wrong...he went inside the store to show the paper again, they still got it wrong. He didn't realize the mistake until he got home...Tried to call on the phone for over 2 hours, only got a busy signal. Gas is way to expensive to drive back...we WILL NOT be patronizing your restaurant again.
I just attempted to go through the drive-thru, and their team turned off the lights. They began to take the order and then stated they’d been informed they’re closed. They closed the restaurant about 10 minutes early. I guess this Operator isn’t interested in having their guest spend money at their location. What a terrible team and they obviously don’t have a manager that does their job. Save your time and go to the other locations around town that have a different owner. At least they follow their hours.
This is the best Dairy Queen there is. The service is fast and friendly. The restaurant is always extremely clean. The owner goes out of his way to make sure that you feel welcome, that you prefer is correct and good, and that you have a great overall dining experience. Even when the owner isn't there, his team is great!
The food was pretty good but the manager was rude to the other customers. I asked for ketchup and he gave me 2 packages of ketchup for a big burger and fries. Quit being stingy
I ordered a meal of three tacos that was supposed to come with a medium sized coke and they forgot to give me my drink next time give me my drink. ?
I love coming here with my gf and my family. The staff is amazing and do great job and they always have a smile when you walk in. 10/10
This is the sorriest Dairy Queen I’ve ever had the displeasure of patronizing. I ordered a double hunger buster with no mustard and no tomatoes. Once I arrived home to eat,I realized that they’d given me a single with mustard. Also, I could see that the wrapping had been open to remove the tomatoes. The burger was not fresh. It was cold. I will never eat here again.
