Please stop giving us such small portions of meat. I noticed you were giving me little by little to spread it out.It’s getting ridiculous for the amount it is costing us.You need to give full scoops that’s what’s the portions are.I will speak with the manager next time and every time it happens.When we get it to go it would be nice if you provided us with forks to go.
Walked in just now only to be greeted with somebody yelling at me that they’re not open. Jesus, maybe lock the door until you’re open? No posted hours or open or close sign anywhere to be found on their building.
Arrived at chipotle at around 830 pm. They didn't have beef nor chicken. Also, there was no sweet & unsweet tea AND no fresh waters. They only had carnitas and barbaco but it was very greasy and it almost looked like it was about finish as well. The employee was very sloppy when serving my bowl. The employee also had facial hair and not wearing a hair net. I truley believe that is important for the food handling industry. This is a very busy location and it should be managed with more attention.When I got home my food was cold.! Not a happy camper.
The girls behind the register messed up my order which no biggie but it was way more then the price of what I ordered. To fix it they just charged me again. Which obviously I’m gonna pay for my food but instead of a cheap little $9 lunch I’m out about $45 that I’ll get returned to me at some point.Coming from someone who worked in the restaurant industry it’s not that hard to figure out the check out process and the employees mess up should not be on the customers dime.
Vegans, save your time and don’t even bother with the plant based chorizo. It tasted like it was left out for days and was crunchy as hell! Free birds chorizo is way better! Also, half of my burrito fell out onto the foil. I know some people like theirs overly stuffed, which I get, because it’s overpriced! Idk why I even bother with chipotle. Pure trash.
I was in a party of four, three of whom had never eaten at Chipotle. The aroma outside was appetizing as we walked up to the front door. The place was very clean. There was a rack where people would pick up their order, contactless. We each ordered differently. Two of us ordered burrito style and the other two ordered it in a bowl. We also ordered the large white queso and chips to share. My burrito had steamed rice, black beans, corn, pico, red sauce, white queso, steak, shredded cheese, and lettuce. We decided to dine in while the food is fresh. I shared a burrito with my wife and we enjoyed it. That was filling so I did not even get one bite out of my burrito and saved it for a lunch to take to work. It was very good and so filling, I could not finish it all. I loved that I could pick and choose my ingredients. That allows me to experiment and try different ingredients next time. The white queso was great with chips but not as great when on a microwave reheated burrito. I thought there was too much rice. I loved all the other ingredients. I would also add the onions and bell peppers next time.
The past few times I visited this location there was 1 employee who always goes above and beyond to help their customers have a better experience than the previous experience. Not sure of her name but thank you for being good at your job.
Having celiac there are few places we can go out to eat. Chipotle is always our go to buy the location in Baytown specifically is outstanding. Their knowledge about gluten allergies is incredible. All I had to say was gluten allergy and immediately they stopped all staff and required glove changes and changed out all serving tools. Thank you so much for your help!!!
Customer service was great! Warm and friendly staff. My order was done correctly. They really demonstrated great teamwork in food preparation.
The sour cream hid the 1.35$ extra i paid for the queso. I could not taste anything other than sour cream. Stop filling half the bowl with sour cream to compensate for the minimal portions you add to the other half.
