Worst management and workers I've ever seen!!!! Manager is super rude and her attitude reflects the attitude of the workers who then take it out on you. Seems like a power trip and it sucks because the fresh and hotness off the food makes the whole experience suck. The ice machine wasn't even filled and they manager can't come tell a customer sorry but makes excuses loud enough for you to hear want she's tell the employee to tell you. Very rude staff. There corporate office must get enough complaints they don't even have proper connect to direct you to people other than the same people in store. The Stuart family has loss my business and respect EXPLANATION POINT!
Poor costumer service!! I would appreciate it if atleast they told me( the manager) told me, it would take a while for your order . Rather than me waiting not knowing what the heck is going on taking so long , and so many people behind me pass by already have theirs . I was wondering if they totally forgot me. And the lady handing order out just ignored me !
It was okay food. Every employee had on a mask around their neck. Why bother.
If you would've asked me before..I would've given it a 5 and may still do that.. but ONLY for chicken tenders cooked fresh.. today we ordered 2 piece each and it was GREASY.. so bad that I would never do it again..I ordered a thigh and wing..I enjoy a good thigh but this very tiny GREASY piece of chicken with 2 BONES was awful..I had the thigh bone plus back bone.. very little meat at all.. my partner ordered the thigh and breast.. his thigh was the same way. 2 bones and greasy. The chicken breast had the neck bones attached to it.. and GREASY. the potatoes are barely luke warm.. huge disappointment.. WAS NOT HAPPY ABOUT IT AT ALL. I would return.. but only for chicken tenders dropped while I'm there. And I'll wait I love their tea.. but I will never order chicken pieces again. Sad.. but I'll try the one in Dayton next time..I heard theirs is not GREASY
It had been a long time since I've been to chicken express and I moved into town and decided to stop here tonight and was very disappointed. Aside from being in line for half an hour just for a 4 piece with mashed potatoes and okra I also had one of the employees talk to me very rudely when I asked her what was taking so long. I won't be back!!
One of the best chicken shacks around. There corn nuggets are something else. One of my favorite chicken spots.
By far, the best Chicken Express yet. Good energy, respectful, quick and friendly. I'll choose this one over all others
Even though this is a chicken place I was quite impressed with the fries fish. The best tartar sauce I have ever had.

I would have given yall a 5 but. Got cold fish las night you guys wrong for that. Cold chicken i could have handled but COLD FISH!!!!!!!!!!
