Unimpressed with their sandwiches and fries. The latter was due to mainly personal preference since the fries were soft without much of a crispness, making them taste dated. The spicy chicken sandwich tries to bring heat in a sandwich that in a vain effort, leaving its small, dry breasted and weekly spiced sandwich much to be desired. Not sure if sauce is some sort was on it but if it was there it was severely lacking in quantity. Hopefully within the next few months I'll see if the quality has improved here.

Condiments. Condiments. Condiments. If you’re not going to automatically put mayo or mustard in the bag when ordering a chicken sandwich, then please READ what the customer wants. Twice now I’ve asked for mayo and drove off with NO mayo in my bag. Also, I ordered a grilled chicken deluxe with pickles. What I received was a chicken deluxe with bacon and cheese…and no pickles. I suppose the Chick-fil-A system is starting to fail due to lack of experience, management, not caring, expectations are high…maybe a mixture of them all??!! What ever the reasons are, Chick-fil-A has set a standard above all other fast food restaurants. Please don’t spiral out of control and become a mediocre establishment.

About the Chick-fil-A @Garth Road in Baytown; what I can say ? They exceeded all spectations.They have a tall young guy who is a director .he almost gues what you need.Is not exaggeration; it was almost 10 pm this wednesday, near to close . He was courteous the same way, checking on us if everything was ok and treating and making us comfortable.The young boy Miguel that check us in gave a good orientation what the menu was and plus had a nice sense of humor .I will take my family at this Chck-fil-A again.

They’ve been on point with every order, for an early Valentine’s Day celebration I curbside a Heart tray of nuggets and some side orders to surprise my spouse with. Came out awesome and we enjoyed, was a fun surprise for him because he loves the nuggets and I didn’t have to cook!

Very very bad experience. Usually we have no complaints when it comes to Chick-fil-A. Though this time was bad. There speakers are very messed up in the drive thru. And you can here the employees doing other things in the background while taking orders. Then having to repeat our selfs like 3times. Not only that we get to the window and get are food. I usually dig all in the bag but didn’t this time. We get home and don’t have all of our food. When going back up there, to get our food the employees were stating how they are not answering any more phone calls. Carrying on conversations with security guard. Which is fine but You would think you would help the customers first. Also, the hospitality is no where near the same. Management really needs to have a meeting with the employees and talk about the importance of their standards of service. Is my pleasure not a thing anymore? Anyway. Iv never left a review before but this was by far my worst experience here.
