This is hands down the dirtiest Cheddars I’ve ever been to. The hostess walked us to our table in the bar area. She slipped as she tried to seat us because the floor wasn’t clean. I slipped when i sat down as well. She moved us to a table behind that one. There was a child that all the waiters and waitresses were BABYSITTING in the bar area! The child was jumping up and down on the seat, eating apples and standing next to our table, and bothering the other customers. The floor was visibly dirty and the place is practically falling apart. Our table was stinky like they used a dirty rag and the seats were sticky. Please see photos. Do yourself a favor and go to another restaurant. I don’t know what “manager” was working but anyone that would allow that should be fired.
At first, I was about to give this place a 2 star: the hostess was super friendly and got us seated immediately. All is well so far, until 15 minutes went by and after three servers passed by our table (twice one of the servers walked by us), nobody acknowledged us or even brought us drinks. We decided to leave the restaurant, with a bad taste for this place in mouth. We requested for the manager to notify him our situation so that hopefully the next customer doesn't experience the same thing we did, and that's when things went a complete 360.The Manager was EXTREMELY apologetic and super friendly. He asked us if we wanted to give it another shot and that he would personally take care of us. We agreed with hesitation at first, but immediately it got better: we got drinks quickly, we ordered our food immediately, everything was hot and delicious, and he even threw In some honey croissants on the house! Afterwards, the server Taylor, introduced herself and let us know she would be taking care of us if we needed anything else. She was absolutely amazing.So I gotta say, even though it started off on a bad note, the end part turned out to be an amazing experience, so my final review is a 5 Star. Solid Chicken Tender Meal. Mediocre Fries and Mule. Good service. Great honey butter biscuitsChanged to 5 stars after they accommodated a group of 20 and let us stay after closing.
My salmon plate with the sauce was great. My waitress was really nice BUT a very tall and skinny Caucasian lady who looked like she was no older than 18 was super rude. She brought me my drink from the bar and made such a nasty comment. I promised I was not being rude. I was in a very good mood last night and I wouldn’t let her stop me from having a good time so I ignored her.I think she should be trained in customer service all over again because folks like her will run customers away unless if she’s just racist. ??♀️
Very warm and friendly service. THIS PLACE HAD ME WITH THE WARM CROISSANTS.!! Love at first bite!!The portions were very large, you'll definitely be leaving with extra food. The food was tasty and fresh. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
Very good wait staff. Good food, good drinks, didn't have desserts. Prices were very reasonable, portions were appropriate, atmosphere was good. The place wasn't too crowded, and there was no wait to get in for early dinner.
It was our second time going there and honestly it was a really bad experience, it wasn't even busy and it took them 20 mins to take our drinks and another 10 more mins to give us the drinks, after that it took them too long to take our food to the table, and sadly our food wasn't correct, I order a steak WELL DONE and they give me a Raw steak, and my partner he didn't want some stuff on the dish and they still put them on it, the waitress didn't go anymore after they give us the food.

Super clean. Friendly staff. Fresh food. Love it here. Definitely a great restaurant. Went during the week and was seated upon entering. Had a beverage and menu shortly after. Wouldn't have changed one thing about my experience.
Amazing food, I always leave so full and satisfied! Their croissants & spinach dip are DELICIOUS. Try them, trust me. The servers provide excellent service. Never disappointed. :)
