Love the wings good atmosphere
My son and I came and ate last Wednesday my chicken was raw and he ended up in the hospital with food poisoning. I was gonna tell our server but he never came back to check on us. That is the last time we will be coming to this place. Also someone posted this not long after we ate there this is disgusting ?
Today's service and food had to be the worst experience here yet. We received 6 boneless wings then 20 minutes later received traditional wings then after complaining twice received our appetizers last. Our waitress would disappear for long periods and the most words out of her was at time of tip. This place needs to get it together. I remember when they were great. I will have to wait a year or so to return and hope for the best.
The waitress made the visit the best! She saw I was completely exhausted with my kiddos and was super attentive to us. The food was hot, fresh and the drinks were cold. Never had an empty drink once. Well done! The kids had a blast too.
The food is a little bit hit or miss but still pretty good. I have gotten the guacamole burger twice and the first time was delicious but second time then guac was really bad and the buns were completely soaked in grease. I loved the potato wedges.
They initially sat us at the booths next to the windows where it was extremely cold from outside. When we asked to move, they already knew that whole wall was cold (but they sat us there anyway) so we moved to another table. Other than that, service was quick and food was good
This Buffalo Wild Wings is fantastic. Even though they were short staffed, they still kept the beer and wings coming. The restaurant itself is very clean and has a lot of space between tables. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. My beer glass went empty one time, but not for long. The wait staff was constantly moving and doing it with a smile. With the horrible service record that many places have today; I saw some truly hard working folks that actually cared about their customers. The draft beer is cold and delicious and the wings came out perfect! I even had the queso, and while it's not up to authentic Mexican restaurant standards, it's perfectly fine for a wings restaurant. I recommend the Spicy Passion Fruit margarita, you won't regret it. I also highly recommend this Buffalo Wild Wings for great food, great service, and an all around great experience!! A+ Service!
How do they have 4 stars? I stood by the podium for 5 minutes with not a single person acknowledging me or my children waiting to be seated. Saw several employees just gathered by the bar talking. If the service to be seated is that horrible I can only imagine how it would have been if we had ever actually been given a table. I got tired of no one actually working so we left.
Service was slow once we ordered even though it was a slow night, she possibly was stretched across the whole restaurant. Waitress was not talkative, so unsure what the reason was. Tipped her well only bc times are hard for these workers.
