The food was good and the server was nice, but be careful because the prices on the menu are not the same prices on the check, we ordered two full racks of Barbecue Ribs which on the menu is 25.57 and the check said 29.59, salad menu 10.97 and on the check 12.98 shrimp 10 count was 10.98 on the menu and 13.19on the check we were expecting to pay around $75 dollars and the check was for $95.65 and when asked to speak to the manager and when the manager Fernando Delgado come out to the table he started with calling my husband Brother and when we asked him why he keeps on calling him that and his answer was Because here in the North East we all call ourselves that and then he proceeds to tell us that because of the inflation, prices keeps changing and that the company doesn't want to spend 2 grand on doing new menus, that is his supervisor Patrick Flores false that they don't want to change prices, he never took any responsibility at all but he sure blame every single upper management and he also blame us for not seeing at the front door some kind of scan code to see the new prices which to be honest we never saw the bar code and no one informed us of it and when we told the manager that when we were placing the order the waitress could have told us about the prices he said that wasn't his problem rude, disrespectful and no manners at all. It made us feel like we were at fault and Wing daddy's they cover themselves with code so we feel like never returning to your establishment he did give us a 10 dollar discount after we told him we were gonna make a complaint
I went with my dad around 4p so it wasn't very crowded. When we entered there was no hostess so we stood there for a while looking at about 4 to 5 servers glued to their phones. My dad asked if we sat ourselves and the response was ya. There was a shining light to this experience though and I really wish I could remember her name, bit she came over and helped me out because I was in a wheel chair. She was super polite and very attentive. We were her only table but she didn't over serve us while making sure we were taken care of. Food was decent, but honestly nothing to go crazy over. All of the servers were on the bigger side of "thick". Now, there's nothing wrong with that and I am not trying to offend but they were all wearing really short and tight daisy dukes and I just think that the management needs to take a look at their uniform standards. Overall the experience was very average and the food and drinks are way to overpriced.
We went in around 1:00pm, there was a total of 3 other parties (all small) with 2 waitresses (so very dead). The first issue we faced was it took a while to get drinks, waitress came and said the hold up was that they were changing the keg and if my husband would like a different drink, so he ordered a XX dressed, which didn’t happen even through the waitress clarified. Our order wasn’t anything crazy, one grilled cheese sandwich, one order of boneless wings and one order of bone in wings. A party came in after us, got their food and left in the time we didn’t get our order. I noticed the staff eating twice in the time we were waiting. Once our waitress came out of the kitchen eating and once she was in their station eating. To go orders being filled no worries. After an hour we just asked for our check for the appetizer and drink, then the waitress said “but your food is about to come out”. After an hour, no thanks. If you’re on the fence about trying them, just say no.
Really disappointed, I hear a lot about wing daddy's and decided to try it but I was not surprised at all with the food. Wings have no flavor, minimum is 10 per flavor (I order "hot, lemon pepper, and tangasaurus") I asked about the Hot flavor and waitress said it was like buffalo and NOT at all, also I order some chicken and waffles and fries, I must say waffles were ok like a regular waffle but chicken tender was dry. The fries were good. Customer service was ok, they were short staffed and it was a Saturday night they had 1/2 of the restaurant close for that reason. I think this place is over priced and food was not good (my local bar has way better wings) definitely will not come back to this place.
First time visit was a great experience and it was all based on customer service! The food was an added bonus. The staff was friendly and very attentive to making sure we were taken care of from the initial walk in the door to finishing our meal. My friend and I were commenting on the great service throughout our visit.
I went here today with my family. We weren’t greeted we were just told there was a wait time but the hostess couldn’t tell us the wait time. The restaurant wasn’t packed and no one was waiting. She basically just brushed us off. I definitely won’t be returning.
Good food and drinks . Great atmosphere
After drinking my way through the menu, or at least trying, I had the hot style wings. Loved it all. Fun atmosphere, great service, food and drinks. I had the banana pina colada. Comes with toasted honey stuck on honey around the glass ??
2 things good at this place: the server Emily and the French fries. They also have a unique drink menu. The food (wings and “Texas toothpicks”) were not great. Wings were beyond crunchy it made them almost dry and the cheese on the Texas toothpicks seemed like it was over cooked in a microwave, and the sauce (Zesty Bloody Mary and mango habanero) we’re below average on taste. It was good to try somewhere new but for the price/taste we won’t be back.
This place was good as one point, now it’s kinda bad bad service, and food was colds, wheat in at 11:18, I didn’t get my order till 12:05 ish, had food to go, it was all cold, and the wings where not cooked right, kinda raw , my ribs where cold so where the fries and fries picked !!!!
