This is one of my new favorite bars around downtown. The bartenders Zack and Kristen were super sweet and fun to talk to. They also let me sample a flavored vodka+red bull flavor combo before I ordered it as a drink to make sure I liked the taste. I loved the 90s Playlist during the day, and was fun to people watch and be in the middle of the action on SoCo. Have to thank Matt, a partner at the bar, for entertaining me with funny stories too. My new hangout!
No major issues just wasn’t very good. Service was not great the bartender everyone else has been complaining about was pretty rude. There are a bunch of different shot options here so I asked the bartender what she recommended. Rather than giving a recommendation she abruptly says “I just drink tequila.” Which is fine but the correct response would’ve been “I really like tequila, however a lot of people like this. Generally just rude wouldn’t recommend this place.
Low class bar. Service was terrible, bartenders belligerent. Zero class for being on So. Co. Asked for 3 modelo. Bartender stated they were out and then 5 minutes later came across 6 modelo that he served to another customer. Bartender couldn’t remember if I had or didn’t have a tab open. Save your money, plenty of better choices on South Congress.4/4/22 between 7pm -8pm. I hope y’all look into this..
White Tiger is what Austin is about. Great drinks and great times with friends and friendly strangers. The beergarden has live music and a variety of games like skeeball and pop a shot. When the band isnt on, the playlist is 90s rock throwbacks. Drinks are great as well and the staff is attentive and accommodating. Highly recommend for locals and tourists alike!!
Really fun place to stop and enjoy live music in SoCo. Walked in during SXSW (no badge,no cover) and was the perfect vibe- buzzing but not packed. Two separate spaces, a bar up front with video games and a stage/bar area in back. Really great chill place to enjoy music, people watch and hang out

Loved our group’s experience at the White Tiger! We had a great Saturday afternoon on the awesome open air back patio. We played all 3 arcade games and listened to a great band! Even met some new friends as we cheered each other on at the games. The staff was awesome and were incredible to work with when an item was left behind. Can’t say enough great things about this spot and would definitely go back!
