Don’t waste your time or money here!!The burger was barely edible at best. My initial fries were cold , Salty and mushy.I Returned them upon doing so the manager asked them to replace my fries expeditiously so when the lady gives me my bag of fries she intentionally turned upside down upon opening the bag I see the placement of the packaging and fries in the bag and everywhere. Word of advice if you hate your job that much or just I don’t wanna do your job efficiently and correctly then maybe you need to find I appointment somewhere else.
This is more for the company as a whole than this particular location, but regardless, DO NOT EAT HERE! Whatever your grandparents told you about whataburger may have been true back in the 70's, 80's, maybe even turn 90's, but in 2022, grandpa's memories ofa delicious burger you couldn't find anywhere else, are sadly only that, a very distant memory. But in case your still gonna try, Just we've got a few things you might want to know so you can be prepared for before the unintentional adventure your about to be put through1.Bring some kind of entertainment! You should be prepared to spend at least 30 minutes to an hour just waiting to order in the drive through. Consider bringing snacks depending on how hangry you and your party are. 2.Don't bother ordering through their app! it will be the same amount of time you get to sit there. And if you're impatient also do not chance it because once you've ordered you cannot cancel and they've already taken your money so you don't really have it any other choice but to sit and wait.3. prices are outrageous! 1 meal was over $20 for one of the most dry bland sorry excuse for a burger that I've ever had in my life.Y'all, it's just not worth the time ,effort, or money that it takes to trudge through the pilgrimage known as Whataburger anymore. it'sa once great establishment that has become a miserable excuse for a fast food establishment.
The service was great, the food was exactly as I expected for price and advertising. The 4 and not 5 stars is purely for location. Lunch hour makes this location a bit problematic leaving the location.To Whataburger specifically; The "Limited Batch #2" spicy ketchup is a keeper in my humble opinion. I finished my fries!
Dining room was closed (we were there about 11:10pm, Saturday). The line was out to the street, but service was faster than expected! I counted 9 cars in from of us. Customer service was excellent! Friendly service/served with a smile! Food was fresh and hot!
I came in the today! An employee name Jeffery delivered my food and was being very nice and professional and friendly. Also after delivering me my food gave me napkins which other employees don’t do at all. They just give me my food and asks me what sauce I want and that’s it but Jeffery showed me that he know his jobs very well and also explained the new Whataburger sauce to me and recommended me to try it. It was good. Thx Jeff!
Ella provided great service. I'm disabled w/o the full use of my right hand. She took my order and then got a straw for me and opened it. The little things always make a big difference. Kudos and thank YOU, Ella. Great customer service. Well done.
Above and beyond service, friendly staff. Consistent quality food.Called them to see if they knew if the adjacent car wash was in working order and they were kind enough to run over to verify it was. Amazing!
Ordered by drive thru. The greeting I received at the menu speaker was, "Go ahead". Not hello, how can I help you or welcome. Totally unprofessional and rude. I ordered a medium sweet tea and an egg sandwich. He then asked me if I was done ordering. Wow! What a friendly person....NOT! Turns out he is a manager.Juan. Definitely my last visit here.
I went to order 2 number 13 orders with 6 extra strips and told the workers I wanted ketchup with my order , I go to the window and ask for honey mustard and he says he has to charge me 35 cents for 2 and then the guy ask if I want ketchup and only gives me 2 regular and 2 spicy if your gonna charge extra for 2 sauces at least give out enough sauce and not be so stingy , I told the guy I wanted extra ketchup and he slammed the window on my face while I was talking. Worst customer service ever I will not be going back to this location
Been on the road for 4 hours to stop at this place to eat, I have a toy sized ESA chihuahua that was calm and sleeping on me. Told I couldn’t bring her in despite her being an ESA, said I had to leave her in car despite it being Hot outside and potentially turning the car into a oven. So would not recommend this place to anyone with pets even if they are support animals.
