I always get the chicken tacos. Because I am unadventerous. But they always come out amazing!
Literally the worst chicken I've ever seen let alone tasted, the breading burnt to a hard crust on the outside and dry as an Egyptian mummy on the inside, worse than dried out gas station chicken. I didn't eat it, I felt sad for the waffle.

The food was bad! Waffle wasn’t even touched for more than just a bite. The chicken was really bland and was fried in burnt oil. Ordered waffle fries on the side, got potato wedges. My son said the best thing was the ketchup packs. Ordered dominos after because nobody want to eat it. So disappointed.
Best food truck in Austin. They are so much more than just chicken and waffles. The loaded tots AND bacon egg and cheese tacos are the best ive had in austin and I think that’s really saying something. Chicken tenders are also unreal and on top of it all the owner is an incredible stand up sweet guy. Also honey mustard is my favorite condiment and this is the best honey mustard ive ever had. Can’t recommend this place more.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR ? I had the surf and turf tots the other weekend at Lucky Duck. In that moment they were EVERYTHING I didn’t know that I needed. Fresh veggies, perfectly cooked, 1000% made with love! I was hoping it was not too good to be true, and went back a week later. Completely sober ordered the same thing. It was EVEN BETTER the second time around. The tots are perfectly crispy, the veggies are fresh cut, and everything is seasoned perfectly. I want to eventually get through the whole menu!! It is owned and run by a local couple that are the kindest, hardest working people. Make sure to let them know how incredible they are! They love what they do, and their food and energy radiates that! The food is unique and hits the spot every time. I would easily recommend this to any friends and family!
I had the spicy shrimp tacos. Perfect flavor and spice level. I asked for it without cheese, and they put cheese on it, it had taken a while already so I just picked it off. Overall it was really yummy.

I had the pulled pork sandwich. Decent, but not great. I think it might have been better if I was drunk, and the food truck is located right behind a bar sooooo.... but overall not bad!
