The food, drinks, and daily HH specials are all good, but what makes this location great is the people. The staff here is like family, and Amy is the Mama Bear. Oh, and they have the good ranch. You know what I'm talking about. Not that gelatinous stuff that jiggles and might as well be mayo. The fried mushrooms are our go to appetizer, and their house Mex Marts are ? ?. On the weekends come for the giant, pillowy biscuits served with sausage or vegetarian cream gravy.

Great establishment! Sat at the bar where the bartenders are A++. Bloody Mary was perfect with just the right amount of spice. Breakfast was fabulous, pancakes are supper fluffy. Tito’s Moscow Mules on tap! Mmm mmm mmm. Will return

My friends and I stopped in tonight to grab a quick meal.Jeff was our server and he was very friendly and our food came out quickly.Everything was good. We had the nacho appetizers and a few meals to share. We will definitely be back.Ask for Jeff if you want friendly service!

Yes, I would highly recommend it. Service is great and customer-friendly. The people whom work there are very warm and all smiles. Plus, they have no problem saying hi to people like myself, or chatting with me, or just making sure all is going well. And the food is yummy. I recently had Mexican food yesterday (nachos with cheese, with jalapeños and sour cream) dipped into red salsa, plus some Mexican rice and a diet coke. They were the best, compared to the previous meals I have had, burgers, fries, Philly cheesestake etc. (which were, of course, great). Hope to try this again sometime. I highly recommend it. It's like some of our fast-food restaurants, yet only better.

Visiting Waterloo Ice House was a great experience. We sat on the covered back patio area looking out into the playground. The playground was a great feature for our kids and they had a lot of fun! Our server was great. He pointed us in the right direction for their local beer options and suggested food for us to try. The food came out to the table quickly, was very good, and the portions were great for us. I would very much recommend visiting.

I wasn't expecting much more than a kid-centric restaurant as they have a playground. However I was pleasantly surprised in several ways. I liked that our small to-go box was an eco-friendly one. The kids cups were styrofoam. I saw a large styrofoam to-go box at a different table. They offered green beer on St Patrick's Day but I was pleasantly surprised that they even had Pearl snap as an option. The frozen margaritas were cheap and they can rim it with tajin, which I enjoy. The fried pickles were delicious as was the catfish appetizer. My children devoured their kids meals and the fruit was real fruit and fresh. I will certainly visit again.

Food and drinks were very good. Service was a bit slow. Very family friendly with a playground for the kids.

Family friendly and good food. If you are covid cautious though, beware! No server staff or patrons wear masks.

Emily's pan roasted chicken is bomb. Great service and vibes.
