The eggplant parm sandwich and the kale salad are SO good. The kale salad is best with the chimichurri steak, but very good on its own as well.
Phenomenal sandwiches. Fair prices and quick service. Definitely will be in my regular rotation!
Truly hidden gem on the east side of Austin. Came in on a rainy evening and the owner was incredibly kind and patient with me while I decided which of her delicious items to try. I tried one of the special soba noodles and the kale salad and everything was so good.
So yummy and fast service! Me and my friend stopped by and both got some soba noodle meals (chicken teriyaki and pork katsu) and it was so great!
If google would allow me to rate higher than 5 stars, I would. The consistency this spot provides is top notch. I come here at least once a week, and get a couple entrees to last me to snack on throughout my days off. The flavors are unique and well prepared with what seems like an incredible amount of thought that comes off with ease and a smile. Definitely try the Bahn Mi, curry noodles with pork katsu, and the chipotle coleslaw as a small side. Love it
This place was amazing! Support this one-woman show! Best báhn mì I have ever had. The bun was so soft and meat was tender. We also ordered the Singapore noodles and the Spicy Beef Noodle Salad. Both were super flavorful and memorable! I highly recommend this food truck.
Terrible service. They should pick a new job if they can’t even respect paying customers. I’m waiting in line, the lady doesn’t greet me just looks at me. After 5min of just standing and looking at the back of her head. She tells me “there’s a wait” I ask her 4 times loud. “HOW LONG?!” She just ignores me.. don’t spend your money at this trash place. They have miserable workers who don’t have basic decency. Will never be back. Food looked mediocre as well.
