Great pizza. Usually I'm not a fan of thick crust, but our server encouraged us to try the Detroit style. The Detroiter was wonderful! The thin Supreme was with veggie cheese was also very good. Dessert pizza was a delicious surprise!
I have had many Detroit style before and I think via 313’s pizzas were very tasty. I liked that they allowed you to put two style of pizzas together, which made it easier for me to try more styles of pizzas on the menu. My favorite was the Cadillac but we added arugula on top. The Cadillac is savory with little hints of sweetness to it. The Detroiter and the Rocket were pretty similar in taste to me. The Hawaiian was delicious too but I wished that the pineapples were a little sweeter. Maybe through the baking process the sweetness was baked out. I will be coming back to this place again since the food was good and parking was a breeze.
A girlfriend and I have "Friday adventures". Today we went to the Sparky Pocket Park and wanted to eat someplace nearby. Vis 313 Pizza didn't disappoint! Our server Leslie was amazing! She made great recommendations when she found out it was our first time. We try to go new places on our adventures but I hope to return to Via 313!
Dinner itself was excellent. We had the Detroiter and the Cadillac. Both were delicious, and we really enjoyed the Cadillac in particular. We unfortunately had some trouble getting our pizza quickly. The waiter took our order when we arrived and told us pizza would take about 25 minutes, then 25 minutes passed and she came out and informed us our order didn't get put in because their system went offline and that it would be another 25 minutes until our pizza would be ready. We stuck around even though our kids were pretty hungry and onery after waiting an hour for food. Once we got the pizza we really enjoyed it though!
I have had better and worse pizza, I would say theirs is medium to good. I cannot figure out why a restaurant manager would have the sound system blaring at 85 dBs (I metered it), making it necessary for everybody in the place to yell at each other. Impossible to have a conversation.
Cheese bread is crispy but the cheese is off putting in this dish.Caesar is perfect.Pizza is perfect amount of crispness to cheese and chewy dough. I appreciated how much cheese was on there. Typically Brooklyn pizzas aren’t heavy on the cheese but this one has enough to pull with each bite. The meat toppings are higher quality than most places.The pizza is made fresh for each order so it takes about 25-30 minutes to bake, but it is well worth the wait
This company ignores the safety of its workers and patrons. They signed a petition for safety and you suspended them without pay to investigate bogus copywrite infringement in an effort to scare workers into submission, siting they created a hostile work environment which isn't safe. Key word "safe". When you contribute to the pandemic, you ARE the problem. Not the workers demanding safety.
Amazing, incredible pizza. I get the Bobo every time and everything about it is perfect. The atmosphere is pretty loud so I wouldn’t recommend sitting inside if you’re catching up with a friend, but otherwise we love the local vibes and the great food.

It was our first time coming to this pizza joint and I cannot even begin to explain how awesome this experience was! Not only were the pizzas incomparable to any pizzas we've ever eaten, but the service was exceptional. Our waitress was great and the manager gave us some delicious cinnamon sticks on the house, with it being our first time. Those were addicting! Definitely a great pair with the beer. Can't wait til it opens up in San Antonio!
