Super nice servers. Beer is good. Indoor and outdoor seating industrial park. Many friendly dogs around.
This place was so cute! It's small but quaint. The service was good. My favorite beer was the Lucille! Also the food truck outside, Trill Foodz was bomb. I wasn't expecting a large portion. It was very fulfilling. Recommend the Masala chicken and the cheese quesadilla!
Beer was great. Loved both hazy IPAs. Always Be My Hazy was best. Tacos from food truck were great. Loved chicken tinga and sweet potato. Great relaxing atmosphere.

Vacancy is amazing! The owners are super friendly, the staff knowledgeable and helpful, and the beers each stand out as incredible. Very fun vibe, definitely will be back again and again!
Great beer, staff, ambiance, there’s board games there and some nights trivia! Probably my favorite brewery in Austin. The beer is creative and delicious!
Super cool taproom with lots of yummy beers on tap. Air conditioned taproom, shaded patio outside, food truck on the premises.
Three of us were there and we had three different IPAs, all of them distinct and very tasty. Almost all the beers I've had of theirs are excellent. Their outdoor space is much nicer now with picnic tables and sun canopies. Definitely worth the time to visit
