We had an amazing time celebrating our 24th wedding anniversary. Lauren, our server, was incredible in making great recommendations that really made the dining experience top notch.

Always love this place. Never had a bad experience.

The service was excellent! My daughter and I had a lovely time and she got to try some new things. Everyone working at Uchiko was amazing! The food was delicious and I’m so happy my daughter’s first time here was awesome!

The food and service at Uchiko is always outstanding! That's why we go often. Our server this week, Alan, was a rock star!

I always have a great experience here.

Uchiko is always a wondereful experience and this time was no exception. The seasonal items - especially the broccolini - were incredible and gave us a chance to enjoy something new alongside several of our favorite dishes. Everything from the Ko salad through the milk and cereal desert were amazing!

Had a great meal. I love the service and fresh recipes! The best sushi I’ve ever had!

Once again our meal was spectacular and creative, well paced and great recs from Alicia. Thank you chefs for a well balanced and flavorful culinary experience to delight all the taste buds!

Firstly the food is amazing and that can’t be denied. However, the service and service recovery was well below par. As frequent diners at their sister restaurant, Uchi, we were excited to try Uchiko when in Austin. Our server was polite and friendly but sadly all our food was rushed and arrived within minutes of ordering. No spacing between dishes. Our drinks didn’t arrive until after the third dish and that was after we chased up on them. Spoke with a manager who slowed things down for this but didn’t come to check on us. Other dishes that we ordered were missed and when our server confirmed the end of our order we had to asked about the remaining items. There was no service recovery. The nice dinner we had planned was very rushed and it seemed as though they wanted people in and out to turn tables over. Again, as expected, the food was amazing, however service was off which can happen and can be forgiven but the in duty manager last night was not fit for his role and may need some retraining from the restaurant group. Instead of Uchiko, for us last night if felt more like Uchi-go. In and out.

Truly sublime. Every dish well composed, unique, and artfully presented. Flavors were incredible right to the last bite of dessert. Service was attentive and very efficient. Despite the restaurant being completely packed there was no difficulty carrying on a conversation. A memorable dining experience, and highly recommended
