Great food; easy online ordering process; fast and accurate delivery!!
Orders are always fast and the food is always hot! I have never had something that I didn’t like. They have a no tipping policy and they clearly take care of their employees. I highly recommend trying this place!Update: May 23, 2022: Ordered again, everything was hot and fresh. Exactly what I expected! Great portions too!
On a very rainy day we decided to order delivery for our lunch at the office. While looking for local places I came around to this restaurant and delivery. Although it take a bit to get delivered (again it was very rainy out,) the food was delivered perfectly packaged and warm. I ordered the honey walnut shrimp and could not have been more pleased. This is definitely a place I would recommend and plan to use again.
I absolutely love tso! It's absolutely great Chinese food but more importantly I love their egg drop soup! The bowl is easily three servings for myself and I love absolutely love their fried noodles that go with the egg drop soup! The only thing I would change is their drink options for being in Texas there's no sweet tea or dessert. Other than that it's perfectly great and one of my favorite Chinese food places.
Food is good. Appreciate them carrying vegan options. I prefer the general tso over their sweet and sour. Customer service could use some improvements. I came in and said hello, one employee saw me but no one acknowledged me so I started looking around and saw an area to my right where they keep the carry out food, I grabbed the food w my name on it, then left.
I am a huge fan of Tso! They offer a wide variety of gluten free delicious options, too!! Their ordering system is easy, their food is great and their delivery drivers are INCREDIBLE!! You won’t be disappointed with anything about Tso! One more thing…. Get on their email list, too, and you’ll enjoy their periodic specials! I like that their drivers are paid a salary, so we are not allowed to tip them. It’s included.
I was throwing a graduation party for 17 people in Austin on 3/25/22, the day we flew in from California. Used Tso Delivery super easy to understand ordering platform particularly since many guests had dietary restrictions. Jenna helped me with the menu selections. At precisely the right time, the wonderful delivery guy showed up with everything perfectly prepared and help me set it up. Nothing was missing, extra serving utensils were included and the packaging was perfect and not excessive, and the food was hot. Everyone loved the food, Esp the veggie egg rolls and the orange chicken and drunken noodles. Even had fortune cookies. Super low stress and the fraction of cost of catering. THANK you Tso, Delivery, we are fans!
Unless you love soggy shrimp covered in plain Mayo.. save yourself. When asking for a solution the restaurant said “that’s how it comes”… So if scoops of Mayo with broccoli, walnuts, and soggy battered shrimp are your Jam.. boy do they have a treat for you! :) oh and the girl who answered the phone was super rude. Boyfriend loved his chicken tho, so cheers to that!
hi, tso! your food is delicious. we're so happy you've moved into the neighborhood. tonight we had szechuan beef, sesame chicken, & orange chicken. every one was tasty. this was the hottest (temperature) food i have had delivered in my entire life. perfect execution from your kitchen to my door. thank you!
We order delivery from Tso Chinese quite often and we have never had a bad experience. Last night was no exception! Will delivered our fresh, delicious food promptly and politely--and "Covid-safely." Always a five-star experience. Plus, I have to eat gluten-free and I appreciate their efforts to label their menu items as such.Thanks again, Will!
