I order Peach Oolong Tea with 70% sugar; but I am very sure this is not 70% sugar probably only 20% sugar level; and the Peach Oolong Tea I only taste Oolong NO Peach at all! Just like Ice Oolong tea and with only 20%sugar. I order this drink so many time before and this time is nothing like before….. Your employees needs more training
This place was really far so I'm glad that we came, but not sure how worth it was for the drive haha.Good:Prices here are cheaper than other boba places I've gone to where prices are around $8 for all the toppings and addons that Tsaocaa gives for free. Tsaocaa is around $5 with milk substitutes and also one topping. I got the peach tea oat milk drink and got it hot. I enjoyed it, not my favorite boba but still good.Super cute place too with outlets.Bad:Overall the boba was good but not a standout.
Not sure why this establishment is ranked so high. Their unorganized efforts to complete orders makes this establishment very slow. They cannot seem to complete any two drinks from one order at the same time. Each person at each table was receiving their drinks at random times. Completing at least two drinks at a time would allow the experience to not be unpleasant. My girlfriend got her drink in less than 5 minutes...and mine took 30.
If I could give negative stars… believe that I would give negative 1000 stars.I order from this tea house almost every day and normally they are good at following the order instructions however today they didn’t and when I called them they refused to come up with a solution to the problem.I am lactose intolerant and put in my order notes “-no dairy- use oat milk please” and this normally works however today I order for myself and a co-worker. I went to their website as I normally do and ordered delivery. I understand they use door dash for delivery however i ordered from their website. The order comes in and the drink that was supposed to have add one and NO DAIRY had milk foam and Oreo topping on it and the other drink was made with oat milk.If you order through their website KNOW that they will not care about your allergies and if you call I’m they will only tell you they cannot help. They will NOT offer to make it right. They will not service the customer. They will tell you that you can place ANOTHER ORDER and then they’ll redo it.I work in customer service and am aware that there is ALWAYS a way to satisfy the customer. When I called their employees told me they could do nothing. I offered a solution and they told me they would acquiesce if I could take off of MY JOB to go them and pick it up.Don’t you think you could just do it right the first time and avoid this problem all together because if I’m ordering the damn thig I want it and if I’m ordering it delivery it means I am NOT FREE to go get it myself. And you’d think a business would consider that about their customers.I used to order from here because they had dairy free options and would always make it right and after this experience where there was no effort made at customer satisfaction after they made the order wrong - they were at fault and didn’t take responsibility - I will be spreading the word about their lack of business ethics and their lack of consideration and customer care.They don’t care about your allergies JUST YOUR MONEY. Don’t give them that satisfaction.The other boba tea places are better anyways.
Very disappointed with our order.We ordered a oolong milk tea and ruby black tea with cheese foam. The oolong milk tea was way too milky and with almost no tea flavor. The pearls were ok. The Ruby black tea was extremely bitter, and tasted over steeped. The foam normally adds a nice touch of creaminess but not in this case. Maybe they were having an off day, we did not enjoy the drinks at all.
Completely forgot our order until 30 minutes of wait. 45minutes in total. The employees made other people’s boba who came after us rather than us. Didn’t even print out or order. Our drinks are made incorrectly. Terrible experience. Ran out of boba too.Update: the drinks are so flavorless. I ordered no ice and it’s still taste like water.
I ordered a passionfruit green tea and it was sooo awful it was bitter, sour and super acidic, the worst boba tea i’ve had in my life and I told them I didn’t like it and asked if I could have something else, they said no so I asked for a refund and they were to quick to do that for me but couldn’t just get me a different drink. Pure Laziness, wouldn’t you rather have a happy customer then just give them their money back. Will never be back sadly. Also my boyfriend said his brown sugar milk tea was not good either.
Love their bubble tea. Fruits tea is what I normally get. They come with slice of fruits and bubbles taste very good. My favorite is grapefruit fruit Jasmine tea. Very refreshing with lots of grapefruit pulp.

Pretty good milk tea .I like iced mango milk tea and brown sugar milk tea.
