The chef was not clear when she took the order. I sent her 3 very clear pictures of the cake and spoke to her on the phone as well as text messages as well as an email. When I got the cake, it had 2 layers and I had asked for 3. I had also asked for strawberry filling and the cake did not have any filling at all. I had also asked Minecraft characters on the cake. She had taken printouts from the printer and pasted the printouts around the cake. Very disappointed. I think she did not have time to prepare in advance and did a rushed job. She also asked for 1 hour delayed delivery. Even after giving her an extra hour, I got a cake that was not in line with what I had described and she had agreed upon.
The cake tasted good but the icing was not very neat . And I dint feel it was worth the price . They also did not follow the proper instructions I gave them . For example did not add a Cocomelon themed bus to my cake . And the cake topper was just a paper that the chef had to run last minute to purchase . They dint even prepare for an order given to them about three weeks ago .

Top Tier made a cake for a baby shower event. It was absolutely amazing. It was decorated in the perfect custom design that was requested, very moist, and just delicious. Most of all, very reasonably priced. I definitely recommend Top Tier Bakery for your event.
I ordered the Earl Grey Lavender Lemon cake for my partner’s birthday and it was absolutely delicious! We’re always interested in more interesting flavors and he loves earl grey so it was perfect. I asked for a honey element to be added and she happily obliged and had everything ready on time. Definitely a winner!
Wonderful cake design and packaging. I was surprised by the extras she included like the birthday sign and stickers on the top of the box. You can put the sign on top of the cake when it is unboxed
I can not even put into words how perfectly amazing our wedding cake not only looked but this was hands down the best cake I’ve ever had! It wasn’t overly sweet. It was perfectly moist and I was pleasantly surprised by how beautiful my wedding cake was. Tishauna went over and beyond for me and my husband. We had a quickly put together wedding so that my son could be there while on leave from basic training. We honestly weren’t even planning on having a wedding cake when Tishauna stepped in to offer her services as she knows from experience, what it is like to be in a military family (I believe she’s a veteran herself) and how hard it can be. Tishauna was literally a blessing to us and we are forever grateful for her kindness. There are many people you can purchase a cake from but there is no other like Top Tier Bakery! Do yourself a favor! Order from Top Tier because you will not only get your money’s worth but you will be supporting a business that truly cares about their customers!
Wedding cake!! She came to our rescue the day before the wedding and we will forever have a place in our hearts and memories for her willingness and kindness (not to mention the beautiful and delicious cake!!) She also provided delicious pastries, muffins and breads for breakfast on wedding day! ❤️ Highly Recommend!!
