Usually good. Terrible today. Never asked how I wanted my sandwich .Assumed I wanted the same as my friend. When I asked about mine he said it was ready made. And then said," you said all the way". I DID NOT, my friend said that.I hate MAYO. He scraped it off but I can still taste the disgusting mayo.WORST SANDWICH EVER!!!
Sandwich was good, and even the small size is enough. Having never ordered there before, I was in and out in 5 minutes with a fantastic sandwich for less than $6.
I have been a customer for years today I went in at 6:20 highway and a trainee a person who was being first day or I guess made me the best sandwich I've ever had from them I'm very impressed she needs to be recognized that she's doing a great standing job hooray I got a perfect and very delicious sandwich exactly the way I want it I'm in contact them and have her know that I appreciate the effort if she puts in congratulations
Always a great experience. The lady making our sandwiches was fast and polite. Food was delicious. Best pickles in town.

I've been eating at one T-Cloud or another since I was in high school (and that was a long time ago - mid eighties). No-frills casual lunch (or dinner) stop for high-quality and fresh ingredients. They will make your sandwich to order and do so quickly. It's just an Austin institution and has been successful by sticking to the same model year after year - great sandwiches at a great price. Plus, there is always good music on while you wait or while you eat. It ain't the Four Seasons, so don't go in there with your fancy-pants attitude and you'll be fine. I'll feely admit to being a little bit of a homer for Austin businesses but these sandwiches are just better than the national chain competition - by a lot. Austin's original and one-of-a-kind!
