Great atmosphere. The place was relaxing. Food truck out the back was awesome.
I had the experience of White Horse as a tourist and it was Great! It was my first day in Austin The Staff was friendly, live band was playnig country music ,and there was a kind of lesson" for two steps dance" local texan music ! I danced with 4 different persons and really enjoy it! It s becoming rare a man to ask an unknown woman to dance! And that is exciting!
The staff is great. The food is only out of food truck in the back patio. It does seem to be a hot spot for the locals and they are not very accepting of tourists. Also they do not allow line dancing. There is literally a sign prohibits line dancing despite a google search for line dancing in the Austin area. Great for the locals, would not recommend for tourists.
First time visiting a country western bar in Austin. Being from the Stockyards area of Fort Worth I am used to that style of bar/club. This place is similar but definitely has an Austin vibe about it.Drinks were cold, staff was friendly, it is a little small but the dance floor was popping.
Fun place. Nice crowd. Good music. A good place to have a few drinks and chill.
Most of the times I go here it’s fun and the folks who teach the lessons are super sweet as well as the bartenders.Have had a few negative run ins with folks who have been customers but that’s not on the business. Most people here just want to have a good time and 2 step. Would recommend checking out lessons on Thursdays and Friday’s if you’re new to it!
Great place to listen to good music (Incredible musicians), two step and good drinking. Taco truck in the back. Locals and tourists.
great 2 stepping.great music love the outdoor food truck and patio .thank u dani Scofield
Austin’s best Honky Tonk, with a ton of history within its roots. Live music most nights and a great place to dance! Patio and food truck to top it all off! Must see if visiting Austin.
Great place! Great music!
