Very fresh and flavorful food. Nothing spicy, unless you order/ask for it.Service was also great.Store was very clean.Wraps are large but there're not combos. You have to pay extra for sides or drinks, if you want one.Mediterranean chickpeas salad is so delicious and fresh.A little bit pricey menu, but worth it with the freshness of the food.Only down, meat inside of my wrap was room temperature instead of warm/hot. Also, no sweet tea for the drinks.

Their chicken donër wrap is freaking delicious. I could have that for lunch every day. I like the pickled onions especially, because they have natural probiotics and I don't have a lot of other sources of that in my diet. The meat is yummy and moist. The music is fun inside and place was clean.

Good, fast and delicious fast food. Their salad goes well with the plates and platters. Love their cilantro sauce on the side!

Food was really good, unlike the Yelp eliters we went as ordinary paying customers. The food was good, very tasty - not huge portions by any means, just perfect for lunch. The $40 tab for two kebabs, two fries and two bottles of water was unexpected though, for what we had I would have thought $25 was more the speed. We will go back, just ouch at the price tag for a simple lunch.

One of my favorite places to eat. When I lived closer to this place, I went multiple times a week. The Chicken Doner is really good. Make sure to try the Cilantro Sauce (the green sauce pumps) if you can tolerate a medium spiciness level. That stuff is excellent. This is a local gem.

Food was very tasty! I got the falafel wrap and my son got the gyro plate. It seemed a bit pricey, but they definitely give you good sized portions. I really liked the atmosphere too.

Staff was super friendly and food was really tasteful. They have several sauces for the french fries. We had the wraps and had to cut them in half as they were so big and full. The meats were tender and the vegetable were fresh and crisp.

We went here to grab a healthy dinner to go. There was no wait in line, the staff ringing us up was friendly, the menu was easy to read and you have a view of your meal being prepared. We had a wrap and a box. The wait for our food was like 6 minutes which was fast enough for us, we thought it would be much longer because of all the to go orders ahead of us.

"Traditional Mediterranean fare, with a contemporary flair" would be a great way to describe The Kebab Shop (and would also be a great tagline for this chain - in my opinion). The Arboretum location has a bright, modern feel with walk-up ordering and counter service. You can see and smell the vertically roasted meats in the open kitchen. The restaurant was very clean, the staff was friendly and our food was ready within 5-7 minutes of ordering. Not sure if it was the time of day or if they're always that expeditious. The plates were quite generous and we had leftovers. Calorie information is also listed next to each menu item for those watching that figure. ;-)

The food is fine, the place and atmosphere are fine, and the staff are fine. The menu and choices are not innovative. Also the price is way expensive for a quick prepared fast food meals. This is just my personal humble opinion.
