These were the best brussel sprouts I've ever had, and a fantastic burger. Cheap prices too. I need to try more in the future!

Quaint little diner just outside Adelbert's Brewery. Their menu is a little limited now, but all their vegan and vegetarian side we tried were very very good. The Brussel Sprouts were steamed to perfection and the wedges were super awesome. Their hot sauce is also to die for, and that garlic ranch is just the dip you never know you needed.Support em during these times y'all!

Today I tried hot box at Adelbert's. I got the fish plate and WOW. It had so much flavor and was a perfect texture. The sauce was pretty awesome too! I definitely will be returning next time I see this truck
We highly recommend The Hot Box Diner. If you're looking for culinary creativity and expertise, this is the truck for you. We were fortunate enough to try an "odd ice cream" that was FANFREAKINGTASTIC! It was a custard ice cream based on coconut oil poached plantains, and it was out of this world! Think outside the culinary box and try this truck!
